Great location for family & children. Pool was small but adequate. Good restaurant & food. Location was good for ease of travel to Seattle, baseball & football stadiums. Stayed with Grandchildren and they were thrilled.

Stayed here one night in a 2 queen room. Arrived very late and left very early so we were not able to walk the grounds. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, nice bath accessories, etc. We were the first guests for breakfast and were greeted by a staff member who took our order for the...

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are super nice and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing is the rooms are not very well insulated for sound. We has a crying baby next to us and could hear the crying. It's only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, without traffic. We were here over a weekend, so there wasn't...

Very disappointed as after doing check out they told me I can't use the facilities like pool or gym. On Concur breakfast was specified but then it wasn't free. Paid $14.00 for it. Room and location was good.

Dear valued guest, We appreciate your feedback on your recent stay with us. We have a restaurant in our hotel that provides a wonderful breakfast buffet option in the morning. It does include fresh made to order eggs and omelets, with delicious sides such as thick cut bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fresh cut fruit, assorted juices, and a local favorite...

Room really exceeded expectations. I was expecting a basic vanilla corporate hotel room. But the bed was very comfortable, and the keurig coffee machine was a very welcome touch. Breakfast was unpretentious, but very well executed. Staff was very friendly, and assisted with ease every request.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was only a couple minutes away from the wedding I attended, so that was great. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. I wanted to give a 5 rating, but I just couldn't because I wasn't able to sleep well both nights I stayed due...

Our room was good, clean and well-appointed. The staff was well-trained and efficient. Really the only negative was the television system. The set-up offered no possibility for movies and no way to see what was actually playing on the various channels.

I stay at the HGI Issaquah every week as it is convenient to my work and meets my needs well. Because I am there frequently, the staff knows me and is very accommodating. The lobby is nice, the rooms clean and updated and the restaurant is more than adequate for all three meals. I would definitely recommend.

Nicely appointed lobby & room. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Underwhelmed by amenities - only HBO & limited stations - no premium. Chintzy bath products. Motel 6-style paper cups. Lacking luxury. Restrictive internet policy. Bar/Restaurant dated in design & ambience. Not good value.
