Sorry for the inconvenience of no elevator. We do appreciate your feedback and hope your future stay with us is just as pleasant.
Rooms were clean and well maintained, but beds were too hard for my comfort. The convention facilities worked well for our organization and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate.
