Paid $235 for 1 night in a luxury room with a king bed and price includes the extra $20 I paid to get a room with a balcony. First off, they only have parking for valet at the site. If you want to park without valet...good luck. You can park across the street at the public parking/library parking for free...

Dear glitterbugs, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience here at the Heathman Hotel Kirkland. We host Expedia VIP guests every week, and I’m discouraged that we did not appear to acknowledge those benefits. I’d love to be able to speak in person further about how your reservation was made, as we do not charge extra...

Stayed here on business for a week, the hotel is really comfortable and in a very good location, only a couple of small blocks from the Lake Washington shore. Rooms are very comfortable, good TV Chanel selection and very nice toiletries in the bathroom. Overall an exceptionally pleasant stay.

Hotel is centrally located so you can walk for meals and to the grocery store. There are many restaurants within a short walk, so take your pick. The rooms roomy and are extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. Some rooms have showers and some have an awesome large (soaking) bath tub so if you want to relax/soak, then...

Dear Kathie W, We are very pleased that the Heathman Kirkland is your ‘favorite place to stay in Kirkland.’ We think that our location is second to none, and steps away from all of the activity in downtown, and just steps away from the lake. You and I also share the same favorite breakfast menu item – Chef Brian’s housemade...

I was in Kirkland for their annual Summerfest and was lucky enough to book a room at the Heathman Hotel. Every request I made was granted with friendly smiles and sincere enthusiasm. I can't wait to go back. I felt like part of a family.

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Kirkland which is a quaint lakeside town. There are many good restaurants within a two or three block walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, however the bathroom counter space is very small. The hotel is somewhere around 10 years old, so is starting to show some...

Beautiful hotel with a good price! Lovely room with many amenities. It took a while to learn to use the French press coffee maker, but when we did the coffee was fabulous. The huge bathtub was very relaxing touch. The staff was very attentive and even offered to bring ice to our room when the icemaker was not working. The...

I stayed for three nights whilst on a house hunting trip. The staff was great and the rooms were nice. I did have to call the front desk in the middle of the night due to some drunk people partying in the hallway. To my pleasant surprise, I was informed that police were on the way. Police showed up within...

So this is an extremely nice hotel that is situated in a nicely convenient location just a couple blocks walk from the lake and lots of boutique shopping for the ladies. The service was impeccable and for those bourbon drinkers, they stock a very nice variety of some bourbon that are allocated at liquor stores which fits right in with...

When I am in the area, Kirkland is my favorite place to stay. Plenty of things to do, restaurants, Lake Washington, etc. The hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Argosy Lake Washington tour. It was a great tour, a lot of interesting architecture. The hotel itself was nice, we were upgraded to a suite because there was a problem with...
