I was in Kirkland for their annual Summerfest and was lucky enough to book a room at the Heathman Hotel. Every request I made was granted with friendly smiles and sincere enthusiasm. I can't wait to go back. I felt like part of a family.

Dear JeanneZeher, We love to hear from guests who attend one of the many downtown Kirkland events! From Summerfest to Winterfest and all the Wine Walks in between, the Heathman Kirkland is downtown’s ‘living room’ and central to everything fun happening here! Hope to see you again next Summer! This hotel is in the heart of downtown Kirkland which is a quaint lakeside town. There are many good restaurants within a two or three block walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, however the bathroom counter space is very small. The hotel is somewhere around 10 years old, so is starting to show some...

Beautiful hotel with a good price! Lovely room with many amenities. It took a while to learn to use the French press coffee maker, but when we did the coffee was fabulous. The huge bathtub was very relaxing touch. The staff was very attentive and even offered to bring ice to our room when the icemaker was not working. The...

I stayed for three nights whilst on a house hunting trip. The staff was great and the rooms were nice. I did have to call the front desk in the middle of the night due to some drunk people partying in the hallway. To my pleasant surprise, I was informed that police were on the way. Police showed up within...

So this is an extremely nice hotel that is situated in a nicely convenient location just a couple blocks walk from the lake and lots of boutique shopping for the ladies. The service was impeccable and for those bourbon drinkers, they stock a very nice variety of some bourbon that are allocated at liquor stores which fits right in with...

When I am in the area, Kirkland is my favorite place to stay. Plenty of things to do, restaurants, Lake Washington, etc. The hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Argosy Lake Washington tour. It was a great tour, a lot of interesting architecture. The hotel itself was nice, we were upgraded to a suite because there was a problem with...

I guess most travellers are more affluent than us, as the hotel was busy, and it's definitely not inexpensive. The stay was faultless though, parking by valet a bit of a delay, but really not an issue, and overall quite a nice place to stay while visiting this very nice area. The Wifi is good once you get logged on,...

Dear Brett C, I wanted to reach out and say thank you for staying with us at the Heathman Kirkland. I am sorry to hear you were having trouble with our wireless internet access, and hope our Guest Services Agents were helpful with the process. We love our Canadian visitors, and understand that peak summer travel and current exchange rates...

Stayed there from Jul 4 to Jul 8. Kirkland downtown location. Close to the beach. That's why its price is at higher end. The management is trying to enhance its service to justify its high price. For example, they offer free cruise ticket for Washtington lake. The parking fee is $15/night. Kirkland public library is across the street and it...

This is a great hotel in beautiful Kirkland. Only a few minutes walking distance from downtown Kirkland. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there's free WiFi and it's reliable. There's also a free shuttle to take you around Kirkland. The only downside is that I could hear people talking next room, walls are a bit thin but overall, I was pretty...
