Great little inn very close to the shops and restaurants in LaConner. Welcoming staff, quiet setting. Perfect for a quick getaway from the city. And as mentioned by previous reviewers, the fresh cookies do not disappoint!

Having had a reasonable amount of experience with hotel stays, I had a preexisting expectation of "average" for our stay at the Wild Iris Inn. From the moment we entered the front door to the lobby, the Wild Iris awakened my senses for a much needed pampering, and with every

Hello CARasmu Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Thank you for mentioning all the things that we consider very important to a great stay. We value quality linens, cleanliness and a nice breakfast. The cookies are a delicious bonus and we love them too. The area has so much to offer and is a quick escape for the busy pace of the surrounding areas of Seattle and the lower main land. Hope to see you again sometime.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with fireplace and amazing jacuzzi tub. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. My only complaint (and it is minor ) we wished the cute balcony was covered so we could have enjoyed it inspite of the rain.

Thank you Brian, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your feedback. I agree, it would be nice if the balconies were covered, however, we do have our king suites on the first floor that have the Jacuzzi tubs outside on the patio - the patios are covered. Just giving you another option on your next visit, hope to see you again soon. Sherry

Made to feel extremely welcome when we arrived and a real lovely touch having homemade biscuits (cookies) in our room. Having the glow of the fire in the room also made it really cosy. The Inn is in walking distance to the local shops, restaurants and river. A very short but

There is no parking for a trailer at the Inn and we didn't see anything close. All the streets and parking in the town are pretty tight. Perhaps the Inn folks can help. A quick Google map check looked like there is nothing close.

There is no reason why it wouldn't be OK for your son. However, I don't believe they get many children there. They do have bikes for Guest use but there is really nothing for children to do. It's really a well located inn for touring the area. You would not hang out and be entertained there. I don't know if this helps but if you have any other questions please contact me.

The Wild Irish Inn has a great breakfast and there are several cafes downtown, which is an easy walk of about 3 or 4 blocks.
