The Inn at Langley is one of those places i have heard about for years. Living a 30 minute drive away, it was hard to justify staying here, but i had a weekend event in Langey so i decided to splurge and say at the...More
We stayed at the Inn for a wedding weekend. It was so relaxing and so very quiet! The view from every room was magnificent. A wood burning fireplace and an inside jacuzzi tub with an outside view was not to be beat! The delicious breakfast...More
This is a lovely property right on Saratoga Passage on Whidbey Island, with a fantastic view out over the water. The rooms have a nice, bright contemporary feel, while the building itself has a Northwest lodge appearance. The service was friendly and accommodating, and it...More

In addition to the above, think about parking your car at the Coupville ferry landing and walk on the Port Townsend Ferry to Port Townsend. Great Victorian town with a lively waterfront, great shops and Victorian homes. I believe all of downtown is on the National Historical Record.
On Whidbey I would add Ft. Casey and in Anacortes Washington Head Park which is at the end of Fidalgo Island past the Anacortes Ferry Landing. You can walk or drive the loop around the park.
Don't know how much time you have so here is the most important to see in order. Deception Pass (do not miss), Mt Erie ( you drive almost all the way up and the rest is a stroll not even a hike. Port Townsend can be a day itself.
One last piece of advice. When traveling anywhere on Hwy 20 absolutely drive the posted speed limit. This stretch is notorious for speed and radar traps.
Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip.
