When I stayed at on of your Suites in January 2024, I experienced and watched others receive the warmest, most considerate hospitality during my two night stay.
Kim’s interactions showed a deep understanding of what guest need and want. As I sipped my complimentary drink in the lobby and prepared to head to bed after a full, long day, I noticed that each guest and couple returning would brighten up and look for Kim so that that they could share their own adventures of their day. As new guests checked-in, Kim was attentive to their needs and established a warm, trusting relationship with the new guests. What was even more extraordinary is how she moved in her lobby, her body language showed poise and dignity with an openness that people looked for when they returned to the lobby from their day and evening adventures.
It is evident that Kim provides a warm, luxurious, and safe experience for each guest. She is adept at handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing the needs of the hotel, and addressing each guest professionally in such a way that her guests want to return back and share their adventure experiences with Kim. It was quite extraordinary, because both I and others received a standard of care that is found in a 5 star hotel alone.
I am so fortunate to have been able to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Leavenworth; I have recommended my friends and colleagues to stay at your hotel over other hotels of Leavenworth in the future. I am so deeply impressed with my stay at your hotel. The cleanliness was superb, the hotel amenities comfortable, and the team was great.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel was fantastic! Kay at the front desk was so welcoming and happy! She put us on the 3rd floor to save us from having little ones running around above us. :) It was clean, the breakfast was great, the bed was super comfy and we were very happy with our choice to stay here. We did not get in the pool, but we did use the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, both were great. Having Safeway next door was definitely a plus! The only little things that could have been better....there were no shelves in the shower in room #310 which seemed odd...where to put our shampoo, conditioner, soap, razor?? The other thing was, the ac/heating unit was right next to the bed, so my husband did not enjoy being blasted with cold air...it would be better to have that unit on the side by the couch instead. All in all, this hotel was easy to find, super clean, has a friendly staff, and was just what we needed. We hope to stay again soon!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Leavenworth. The design of the outside of this Hampton Inn really reminds me of the Bavarian theme of Germany with the shutters and trimmings- very authentic. They actually had a good hot breakfast buffet served and there were ample choices of items to choose from despite the Covid limitations. The clerk promptly checked us in and the rooms were very clean. The washer and dryers were very convenient and were only $1.75 a load.
Also, there is a convenient Link Bus that stops at the bus stop just right outside- left of the Hampton Inn that takes you straight into town with a stops made only if someone rings the bell. It was very helpful but it ran only until about 7p.m. , otherwise it is about a 20 minute walk down the the Main St. of Leavenworth where all the shops and restaurants are located and the walk back to Hampton Inn is just next to the big Safeway.
It is worth the walk down to town as it is a treat to feel like you suddenly landed in Germany!! We had an enjoyable stay here!!
Also, there is a convenient Link Bus that stops at the bus stop just right outside- left of the Hampton Inn that takes you straight into town with a stops made only if someone rings the bell. This hotel is about a mile from the tourist area, which means it is a quiet location. The service at the hotel was fantastic – especially when the person in the dining room made a special trip to the local market to get us some soy milk (we are vegans). The complimentary breakfast the complementary breakfast offered several things for someone who is vegan.
The major drawback to this hotel is the poor Wi-Fi connection they offer. At least we could get around that by using data on our phones.

Great hotel located just 20 mins walk from Leavenworth. But no need to walk as there’s a free shuttle which runs every 45 mins into town and the stop is right outside the hotel. We found this really handy to get around. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom/shower one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel for a long time. The included breakfast was also very good. Worth a stay if you’re stopping by in Leavenworth - don’t feel like you need to pay more to stay in the centre of town.

Paid 500 per night for a 127.00 experience. Horribly hard bed, cheep sheets, cheep towels, cheapest toilet paper. What do they do with all of this money we paid? Gouged

We booked the Hampton Inn in Leavenworth for a late season ski 3 day weekend. First of all having the flexibility to cancel with relatively short notice in this Covid climate is a must and we love getting the Hilton credit for diamond status. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities including a coffee maker, small fridge, flat screen TV with HBO and plenty of USB sockets for everyone’s electronics. The free hot breakfast was wonderful for starting the day before heading out to Steven’s Pass for skiing and saved us some money that we could spend on some great restaurants down town. The hot tub is large and was a nice end to a day of skiing. The staff was professional and friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely come back for a summer visit next time!

This was a first rate hotel experience. Very clean. Every time we came through the building, we saw someone cleaning in the lobby area and someone cleaning the hallway area of the floor where our room was located.
The staff was great. I appreciated the “weekend” agreement which states quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. This hotel is obviously appealing to a more family friendly experience or low key experience than some. Leavenworth, as beautiful as it is, has attracted some people on holiday and festival weekends that can’t seem to leave the party in town.
There is some hallway noise that can be easily heard in the room but room to room noise was virtually nonexistent. We had two rooms adjoined and could not hear each other.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything you need for a comfortable stay regardless of age or needs.
This property is conveniently located at the north end of town next door to the Safeway and gas station, KOA, and a new transit center so you can catch a shuttle into town. Still close enough to walk if you wish.
Due to COVID 19, we did not have the opportunity to experience any of the amenities offered, but from what we saw through the window, it looked very nice.

Sadly just the one night in Leavenworth and this Hampton Inn was selected for the proximity to free transit to downtown and to Wenatchee. Also at the right end of town for Amtrak.
At check in I was warmly greeted and given a lovely room (339) ahead of check in time. The hotel room, pool, and all areas were absolutely spotless. After a days hiking the hot tub was perfect, and the hotel was a place to really feel at home quickly.
Hot breakfast in the morning included sausage patties, great scrambled eggs, and waffles plus many other cereal and baked options. A special mention to Rosa on the front desk who really looked out for me as I had a delayed train to Seattle I was aiming to get. Really sweet of her to give me a “to go” breakfast for the journey even though I’d already eaten a very nice hot breakfast. Made the scenic walk to Icicle Station even nicer as the sun rose with a gorgeous pink hue on the mountains. We will definitely be back. 5 easy stars

If you don't like frog sounds request a room away from the retention pond. We were serenaded all night by frogs which we enjoyed. Breakfast was served till 10 am but they were putting away things at 9:30. The food was good and the coffee nice and hot. Staff was very friendly.
