the room was fairly large and clean and looks like it was recently updated. The television left a little bit to be desired with no sort of on air television guide. Just a channel guide and to find something to watch would take a half hour to scroll through channels. Some people just like to go to the room and pick a show and relax for the evening, it can get very frustrating . The advertised breakfast was a bag delivered to the room at a pre determined time with a frozen breakfast sandwich and a few other items that had to be ordered at checkin. A better option would be a voucher for a local restaurant that could be used at your leisure. Probably wouldn't use this hotel again.

Comfy bed, big room. We were on the third floor, and there was an elevator. Breakfast is included, and you can either grab it at reception or have it delivered. Breakfast was a bag with cereal or a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin, juice (apple, orange, or water), yogurt (peach or strawberry), and a NutriGrain bar (or something similar). Nice and helpful people at the front desk. Easy walk to town, and it's quiet. Beautiful Enchantment park has easy walking trails right behind the hotel.

While many may note the property is a bit out of date, the clean bath and room met our standards quite well. We had just come from a modern fancy unit where the shower barely worked and the beds were lumpy. Newer isn't always better.

Our reservation was for a room for 5 people, but when I arrived, I was told the room only had 2 queen beds, which can accommodate 4 people max. When I asked about a pull-out bed or couch, the front desk said there wasn’t one, but I could pay an extra $20 for a rollaway bed. If I booked for 5 people, I expected the room to come with sleeping arrangements for 5, not to have to pay extra. The staff said it’s 'standard' for hotels to assume the 5th person will bring their own bed or sleep on the floor, which doesn’t make sense. What hotel allows you to make a reservation for 5 people with the expectation being the 5th person sleeps on the floor or brings their own bed ?? What?

While the rollaway bed resolved the issue, this should have been clarified when I made the reservation. Disappointed with the lack of transparency. A reservation for 5 people means sleeping arrangements for 5 people. The guy at the front desk kept telling me that this is standard practice at all other hotels. Really? Standard practice to make the 5th guest sleep on the floor? Give me a break. I've been to many hotels and this is the first to say something like this. Normally the hotel will disclose and say the room sleeps 4 people but a 5th can fit on a roll away bed for an additional fee. They did not disclose any such fee until we were at the front desk. On top of that, the roll away bed is quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever seen. The mattress is less than one inch thick, and you can really, really feel the springs. The moment you sit down on it you can feel the metal frame the bed is on. Extremely uncomfortable and poor quality bed, crazy they charged me a 20 dollar hidden fee for this poor excuse of a bed.

We called the hotel two days in advance to confirm our reservation was good including the ability to bring our 11-pound Dachsund (wiener dog). We were hung up on TWICE. The two ladies who answered the phone could not confirm our reservation. We finally called corporate who could confirm. What is advertised as breakfast comes in a paper bag, and does not approximate anything more than snacks = don't count on this place for breakfast. Entire property is tired and run down. Thernal window failed some time ago = view through a clouded window. Nicest part of the ADA room was the remodeled bath = top notch. Property is literally right on the highway = that is your view. Fortunately they have added a storm window = yiou will NOT hear the road. TV is not on the wall across from the sofa, but on the dresser across from one of the beds. Bed slept well = good mattress, etc. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels over a period of 60 years, I would recommend you stay in a hotel in Wenatchee -- only 20 minutes away -- and make Leavenworth day trips. Leavenworth itself has turned into one big tourist trap, so be prepared for over-priced everything, from lodging to restaurants to you name it. Wjhat you WILL enjoy are the beautiful Cascade Mountains remniscent of the European ALPS and about the same age. Stay in Wenatchee and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in the riverfront park in Leavenworth. You'll be glad you did. By the way, there is a very nice Safeway with a Safeway gas station (think reasonable prices) just east of downtown. You could get deli sandwiches, etc. there for your picnic!

Not recommended. An adequate hotel with minimally trained reception staff and poor breakfast. I don't recommend it. The breakfast was microwave sandwich or boxed cereal eat in your own room. The reception staff seemed clueless and sometimes rude. The price is comparable to other hotels and rentals in the area, but those places are nicer. We tried it out because they have a pool and we had trouble finding available lodging. However the pool is small and cold. Overall a disappointment.

Dirty, noisy, tired old rooms at exorbitant rates. Seriously, pay the extra $30-$50 per night and stay somewhere you can actually get some sleep in clean surroundings. It is 30 years past due for a remodel and the floors and walls are paper thin. There were no "enhanced cleaning procedures" for covid. However, they would deliver a box of cold cereal and milk to your room as your breakfast if you turn in a sheet of paper the night before.

Don't waste your time stopping here. Difficult parking lot to park your vehicles. Advertised amenities are not actually provided, such as, no breakfast, unless you call a granola bar and yogurt breakfast. The room smelled, and housekeeping not provided. If you want clean towels you have to provide a written request to the front desk and schedule a delivery time.

Should have struck a tent rather than put up with too hot the. Too cold room and loud fan. No place to relieve dog. Don’t bother. Too expensive for what you get. The continental breakfast was a snack fit for a 4 year old.

We only stayed one night. Our room was probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in at any hotel, in years. I could not find one single thing "dirty" about it, and I look/disinfect with my own supplies whenever I go to any hotel before settling in. The hotel is definitely older and not right in the heart of downtown Leavenworth but it was very peaceful and the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again just because it was so clean and we got a great price.

About four blocks or so to downtown. Not far and on sidewalks. Everything will be lit up. The Enzian with it's blue lights is especially beautiful. Have fun!
