Our Inn is one block from everything in downtown Leavenworth, also known as "Little Bavaria." Explore the shops, enjoy fine cuisine and soak up the tranquility of our beautiful village. Our tastefully appointed guestrooms have two Queen beds or one King bed. All rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, and 50" SmartTV. All King rooms have electric fireplaces. Four King rooms have in- room jacuzzi tubs. Hotel guests can choose from four delicious, homemade breakfast options as your room rate includes two complimentary breakfasts per night of your stay. We have a variety of lodging options, from rooms, to suites, to a cottage, to 2 bedroom and 2 bath condos. Our townhouses, condos, and suites offer excellent accommodations for families traveling together. Every accommodation has free high speed WiFi.

Obertal Inn is 10+ stars, Linda, Kim and the hotel staff are fabulous. Always greeted with a smile even when booking over the phone. I've stayed at Obertal Inn for a number of years, in my 40 years of going to Leavenworth, Obertal Inn is my go to compared to other Hotels in Leavenworth. Rooms are clean, inviting and well arranged and quiet. The breakfast that comes with your reservations are healthy, appetizing plus the selection is awesome, these are not fast food they are hand made and delicious. The 2 Queen beds are super comfortable, fresh clean linens and lots of pillows. The stand up generous shower has the greatest water pressure with various selections of the flexible shower head. The air conditioning or heat depending what season you are staying is on and your room is comfortable upon arrival. Did I say dog friendly? Absolutely, dogs are welcomed and enjoyed by the staff. Early am when your dog needs that potty break, Front street center park is close, clean and refreshing. One of the many likes of this location is how close it is to the trails and River walks with your dog and you don't need to ever drive your car once parked in the free parking that comes with your reservation. Close to great restaurants, Sulla Vita and Larch two of my favorites. Again the "Staff" are super, upon arrival they know who I am, its like home with friends happy to see you. Thank you!

This hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk around town. We love getting a room with a jetted tub, having a little living room area to introvert and the hot breakfast options that are included in the cost of our stay. Great customer service too.

Our family group of 3 adults shared a 2 bedroom condo which was just a very short walk to all of the action on Front Street. The 2nd floor unit had a large balcony with great view of the Wenatchee River and the golf putting course. The beds were very comfortable, there was NO street noise, and we appreciated the elevator for going down to the on-site parking and up to the 4th floor street access. In the well-equipped kitchen having all the cupboard doors labelled with their contents was a nice touch. All in all, a GREAT 3 night stay in "Bavaria".

We booked the Shenandoah suite at the All Seasons River Inn which is owned/operated by Obertal Inn. The location is a short drive from downtown Leavenworth and is situated right along the river with stunning views. It's in a super quaint location and it was very peaceful. The bathroom had a shower/toilet room and an adjacent room with a jet tub river view which was enjoyable. There was a small refrigerator/coffee machine bar, mounted Television, couch and comfortable bed with a river view.

A wonderfully friendly, clean and comfortable hotel in a very fun town. My party loved our double hotel room, as well as the dream suite we also booked. The rooms had pretty views of the snow covered mountains and the location is perfect for walking to everything the village has to offer. There's lots of nice touches in the room. The breakfasts were very good too. We'd definitely stay there again!

Obertal Inn is so clean and accommodating! I recommend calling the hotel for reservations because they offered a better rate than any of the online booking websites. Our room had more amenities than I expected, including full-sized bathroom products. A delicious breakfast was included in the standard rate and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Free parking and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Very happy!

We visited during the Christmas season and it was magical! We really enjoyed staying at the Obertal. It's located right in the middle of the downtown area so you can easily walk around to experience e all of the sights, shopping, restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They offered 5 hot breakfast options which you order ahead of time the day before but free of charge. We really enjoyed the waffles and the biscuits and gravy. We also ordered the apple strudel (for a fee) each day and really enjoyed that as well. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and a couple different pillow types to choose from. It was nice to have a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave inside the room as well. We noticed earplugs placed in the room but we didn't have any issues with noise even while visiting on a weekend in high season. We ran the "constant low fan" option on the heating unit for some white noise and slept soundly both nights. I would highly recommend visiting Leavenworth and staying in this great hotel with prime location.

We spent two nights at the Obertal. The location in town is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront park and Blackbird Island. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room with a fireplace which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room had two full-sized chairs which were very comfortable. Breakfast was a great surprise. Breakfast is included, and the egg cups and biscuits were delicious, and made on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found the Obertal to be great value and will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the Obertal Inn as he was finishing up the PCT hike. Wanted a place that was pet friendly and located in town so we did not have to drive. It was definitely both of those things. Great spot for the pets. Had a first floor room which made it all very easy. I made the reservations well in advance and as my husband was hiking, we were not certain of the days we would be needing the hotel room. As it turned out, he finished early and even though they were full most of the days they were very great about switching rooms around so that they could accommodate us early. They were very nice even though I changed the reservations three times before we arrived.
Definitely an older hotel as most of them are in Leavenworth, but the rooms appear to be recently redone with laminate flooring and a newish bathroom area. Parking is right outside your motel room door which is convenient. And it is only a two minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.
It would be nice if they had a better breakfast. It is in a to go box and you order it from a little window and eat it outside on some tables. That part is not bad but they have five different selections to choose from and they are not anything I would actually choose in a restaurant. Still better than no breakfast at all. Choices are yogurt and granola, cold cereal, half of a waffle, biscuits and gravy, or tiny vegetarian egg cups. There is no opportunity to go back for a drink refill or a second helping of anything and the servings are very small. I’m sure this was put in place during Covid, but the other hotels in the surrounding area are serving from a regular breakfast room or a breakfast bar now. The information on the website and in their info binder in the room states that they have a pool and a hot tub. Brought my swimsuit, only to find that this is not true. No pool, no hot tubs unless you have a room that has one in it. that was OK, as we really did not come here to swim, but I thought it would have been nice to cool off in the afternoon, since the info stated there was a pool.
Giving it a 4 because of the great service, great location, and pet friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again!

Thank you for your thorough review! How wonderful that you were able to meet up here! We appreciate your noting our accommodating and friendly staff. Our goal is make you happy - however we can. Our breakfast is complimentary for our hotel guests. We have received great reviews and feedback regarding our to-go options which is why we continue. No one should ever leave hungry, however, as we have plenty more that can be purchased. The interesting thing that you noted was our website and binder stating that we have a pool. We have never had a pool. A hot tub, yes, that burned down at the beginning of COVID. Our room binders are being reprinted as I write this (another delay because of COVID) and our webite lists hot tub for our vacation homes that have them in their backyards. I'm sorry that you brought your suit, but were unable to take a dip. We can arrange a stay at the Garden Haus to host your next trip to Leavenworth! Warmly, Linda & Team

We stayed at the Obertal Inn during a whirlwind trip to the area while visiting to see Dave Matthews at the Gorge. We knew nothing of Leavenworth and were blown away at it's beauty and vibe. The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the AC was nice with the heat. All that said the best thing is the location, as it seems like one of the only places were you can walk out your door and into the hustle and bustle of the town. Highly recommend!

No hot tube on our stay last year.
I don’t know for sure but I cannot imagine they would not let you. Wish I could be more help. I think hotels and things need to be 18 or over to register
Please forgive us for responding so late. We did not realize this message was in our inbox until today.
Our pet fee is $20 + tax per pet per night.. We do not have elevators at the hotel, however, we have five rooms on the ground floor, two 1 bedroom apartments and 2 2 bedroom apartments have ground floor access. We look forward to seeing you soon.
