We stayed in three condos and had a fabulous time! We went to the Adventure Park, swam in the so so warm pool, had breakfast every morning and enjoyed their free New Year's Eve party (with champagne). It is very pricy (we were there five nights and it was about $1,000 per night per room but it is great to have the whole family together). We had full kitchens and used them to feed our 16 people lunch and dinner. At night we gathered to play games and watch movies. The town was crazy busy so we only walked down a couple of times. They don't offer daily housekeeping which is a bummer since my 86 year old mother really likes having her bed made daily. It is a must and made us not reserve for next year before we left for the first time. They will bring you new sheets and blankets, towels and toilet paper or whatever you might need but who wants to make up a bed when you are paying the premium price for your room. The people are friendly, the breakfast is good and the outdoor(super warm) pool is so nice!

The location was great for those going to try out the new adventure park roller coaster. Really happy breakfast and a free round of golf was complimentary. It came with its own little shop incase the gas station closed. Also, enjoyed the fitness center and the Jacuzzi. Our 3 bedroom Condo had a pull out couch and a topper that made it very comfortable for our party of 5.
The Spa was double a regular price, the 3 bedroom condo was pretty expensive that we booked and had to complain to get a free round of mini golf when it was suppose to be included in our package. Need to update the site or just make a free round of mini golf complimentary for all patrons. Also, breakfast choices were extremely limited, it was mostly the same foods with the exception of the main dish being either waffles or French toast and no bacon during my 2 night stay. Lastly, Jacuzzi had sharp loose tiles at the bottom that were a potential hazard to any jacuzzi patrons.

The included breakfast was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly. There were dog bowls in the room and we received a dog toy and poop bags upon check in…..nice touch that no other hotel we’ve come across has offered yet. Nice mini golf course on site for a fee. We didn’t use the bikes, but thought it was nice that there were so many available. Across from the Adventure Park but at least a 10 minute walk to the main shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed had a large section of fake eyelashes in it when the covers got pulled back. Very gross to see in a newly washed/made bed. We were next to the mechanical room which is very loud at night. The room location shouldn't have guests in it at all, at bedtime its quite noticable with all the sounds humming/rumbling on the other side of the wall.
We did enjoy the location as walking to downtown was short and the walk to the spa was even shorter! Free breakfast was definitely a plus, as it's assortment of options was plentiful.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were wonderful, the beds were amazing and very comfortable, the shower was wonderful, no need to bring your shampoo , conditioner or soap. They provide enough body soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispenser inside the shower, in the bathroom outside of the shower there is a dispenser full of lotion. I was very impressed with the room we got. Our breakfast came free with the room for everyone who was in the room. Breakfast was downstairs in there restaurant. Breakfast was better than any place I have been too. Very clean hotel. We will definitely be back during the summer time.

What a wonderful choice we made choosing The Icicle Inn.
From the moment I made the reservation until our check out I was impressed.
I chose the Alpine Suite because we were traveling with three little girls. They loved the room.It had an alcove area with an extra TV with a pull out sofa bed.There was an extra sink area outside the bathroom that made it easier for all of us to get ready.They called it their apartment! The resort is lovely and perfect for families! Pools were great.There was a sport court,the girls enjoyed playing basketball.There was also a well stocked game room.
They had a nice breakfast buffet each morning with something for everyone! I was impressed with the cleanliness & organization.There was plenty of seating inside and out.
The staff was amazing.Janet was a standout!! Thank you! Housekeeping should get a shout out as well. The rooms were spotless and whatever we needed, they accommodated us. Over the years, we have probably stayed in at least 8 or more of the hotels in Leavenworth. The Icicle Inn would be my first choice for a family hotel for sure.

Front desk staff were very friendly and communicated was on point. The breakfast buffet was top notch - not your usual rehydrated eggs and microwaved sausage links that you find at other hotels.
Overall, the resort could use an upgrade - it’s all pretty dated. Also, mattresses are very, very firm and there seems to be ZERO soundproofing between the rooms and the hallways. Would I stay here as it again as it sits? Maybe, but I’d shop around for a newer option before making a decision. This isn’t specific to Icicle Village Resort but the cost per night to stay at any of the hotels downtown are overpriced for what you get, which is a real bummer.

Thank you for staying with us! We do actually do a renovation or refresh on aspects of the hotel every year or so. Our last major project was completed in 2023, where we replaced the furniture and decor in the all of the hotel rooms, repainted/recarpeted them as well. We had also replaced a sizable number of our mattresses while we were at it; We'll look into the room you stayed and check the status of the mattress in that room. Icicle Village resort is a very beautiful resort to stay at with very friendly workers Our rooms were all ready at different times. However, they did have two rooms early. We were a little bummed that we missed all the festivals activities at Christmas, and then was told the following week that there would be ice sculpting and fire dancers. The kids wanted to miniature golf, but we were told because of the ice that was on the greenery that they could not play. A lot of the non-activity that was not available put a damper on those who had never been to Leavenworth. Would’ve like to reschedule it for some activity, but there was no availability when I booked it had not listed any of the items that were going on for the month of February. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Everyone that works there is very hospitable. We hope that we can return again sometime, and that there will be more festivities going on, and everything will be open!

Icicle Village is very close to many of the sights that Leavenworth has to offer. We enjoyed walking to the riverside park and downtown for some fun shopping and dining. We were very comfortable and quiet in our room. I liked being able to fill up my water bottle with purified water at a water station. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had fun playing mini golf, aside from playing in the dark for 20 minutes or so right at dusk. There was ample parking, and we were able to utilize the parking lot before checking in. If I ever return to Leavenworth, I would stay at Icicle Village again.

I think this place is nice. But having zero hot water from the time of arrival to departure is not ok. We went on a vacation to relax and get away, not pay $500 a night and not be able to shower. If i wanted to stay somewhere with no hot water i wouldve camped in the woods. This placed lived up to it's name as all of our water was ice cold. We received 25% off for having no hot water. Lol. The weekend really should've been comped or given us accommodations for the future so we could come back and you know...use the shower. It's unacceptable and we will never be back unless this is made right.
