Too noisy and could hear everything above, below and to the side of me. I found the 6am dog barking wake up call from one floor up especially handy as it made sure I didn't oversleep or get too much sleep. I liked that I could be involved in the room next door's conversation without actually having to be in...

Had I been 20 or so years younger, I would have loved the many activities - especially the close proximity to the beach. I really enjoyed the unique menu and wave-front view from the Pickled Fish. I thought the "green" emphasis was perfect and everyone was friendly, making my stay most enjoyable.

Adrift is our favorite place we've stayed, we come back every year (maybe even multiple times a year..) Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, there is bikes to use for free in the lobby as well and games and movies, always coffee and cucumber water available. Long beach is a great little beach town with fun activities walking distance from...

Oddly enough we booked a room that promised unobstructed ocean views, and under normal circumstances this would be mostly true. The small scrub pines do block the view of the ocean but do offer something of their own. However this was blocked by a large reception tent that was set up during our stay and rattled all night in the...

This was our second time at this hotel. The first time was not great but we got a really cheap Living Social deal that we thought might make it worthwhile. Most of the same issues are still there but the service was noticeably better. The big problem with this property is that the rooms are small and really noisy but...

The rooms and entire place is very cute and feels more like a home than a hotel. Loved the game floor and the restaurant [Pickled Fish] was delicious. We ate there for breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. Location is perfect, right by the beach and rooms have gorgeous views. Very dog friendly place and hotel staff was very...

Enjoyed the location of this hotel along with the restaurant. Our bed however was not as comfortable as the website led us to believe. We wouldn't stay again but we would return to eat and have drinks.

The room was sparse and had an odd set up with the sink being outside of the bathroom. There was prior trash from another guest still in the room. Not sure if being a groupon user affected which room we got, but we could hear all the foot traffic (placed near the elevators) and could hear our neighbors above at...

This property is obviously old and owners have tried to improve it by adding industrial/craftsman touches. The restaurant is not up to par-offers limited menu, and our dinner was definitely sub-par--too spicy and steak was not tender. Room was clean and had essentials, but is cramped in the bathroom area. The lounge chair was nice and the view was a...
