The Akari Bungalows are right on the main block right before the beach. The bungalows are ADORABLE, well decorated, comfortable with a lot of special touches. Literally the best towels I've ever used in a motel/hotel/rental. Very thick and absorbent and luxurious! The linens on the bed were wonderful as was the bed itself. I had a nice, quiet, undisturbed...

We found the Akari Bungalows on Google and thought that they looked clean and comfy for our last weekend getaway for the summer. Wow! We were beyond pleased when we saw our cabin #8. But our first good impression was making a phone call to Kathy to let her know that we had arrived and she was there to meet...

July 14th-17th, started the first 4 nights of our two week vacation in Long beach. We stayed in #5, because it had two bedrooms and we were bringing our adult son to the beach for a much needed reconnect and good times. The bungalow was a perfect location and was very well stocked by Kathy, the property manager who made...

Kathy is wonderful, my room is always ready and feels like a home away from home when I stay in Seaview for work. The beach is a minute away, as opposed to staying at the hotels the bungalows afford privacy and comford. love the new BBQ grills

My daughter, granddaughter and I spent 4 nights at the Akari. We were in Unit #1 and couldn't be more pleased. It was perfect for us-a small kitchen with fridge (for kiddos milk), coffee set up, plates, silverware, etc. a living area with fold out couch (we didn't use it), and a bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable king size bed....

I'm going to try to make this brief...but when it says 1930's bungalow that is what it is! Upon arrival we got in early Kathy was very nice in letting us in before check in time. When entering the bungalow it had a smell we didn't understand where it was coming from until I got closer to the very tiny...

We are sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction and that you did not feel comfortable letting Kathy know at a time she could have attempted to respond to your concerns. We know you are not coming back to the Washington Coast but for the others considering your review - the television in your bungalow is really a 32...

We stayed in #4 with our 18 month old son. It was the perfect size, clean, comfortable bed, great décor, amazing location right by the World's Longest Beach sign! Kathy was always around and making sure we had everything we needed. This is a steal for the rate - we have found our go-to place!

All I want in my life is to be back at Akari. Bungalow 8 was everything my husband and I needed to unwind (particularly after sitting in Seattle traffic for 3 hours longer than anticipated). The location was ideal (1 block from town, and as close as the beach as you can get) and we were pleased from checkin to...

Love the location it's perfect for the two of us and our dogs. It's hard to beat the comfort and style of each bungalow and we love having a king size bed, you won't find a better place in the area. The manager Kathy is very welcoming and takes great care of us. We look forward to visiting every year!!

These bungalows are darling, all unique, very clean, really private and quiet. The location couldn't be any better, right off the beach and right downtown! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Kathy the Manager, she was the best host, so friendly and attentive to her guests needs and comfort and clearly understands that it's the little details that...
