Would never stay there again. I got my credit card bill, they over charge my account. When I called to ask why they took out extra money, they told me I destroyed bed spread. I slept on top of covers in sleeping bag. I explained to the owner that it would have been impossible, there was nothing wrong with bed...

This place needs a serious reno to stay alive. I booked with Expedia, specifically asked for 3 people in one room. The hotel still charged me 5 bucks extra for that, when we arrived. I think the admin costs of doing that was more than what that 5 bucks covered. Not very smart. We arrived late, around 3:30 AM, and...

I had my reservations initially but the rooms themselves are as good as many hotels offer for $150 and I am paying about 50% of that. Good heater. Bed is comfortable and decent linen and blankets. Good TV and plenty of hot water. Can really recommend this place. There are a few trains nearby but that seems to be common...

I'm actually sitting up in my room at 1:23am writing this stupid review. As soon as I walked into my non-smoking room, the room reeks of cigarettes! I called the front desk and requested a different room and they said that this is a non-smoking room and there's nothing they can do about it. I asked if they could spray...

Thank you to the owner first. My family and I stayed here for a family member's Graduation. We booked two separate rooms, Both were in Clean, Comfortable. Stayed for two nights. It was a pleasant stay. The prices were great, good food at the restaurant next door. Overall a good experience. I will stay here again when in the area....

Yes, depending on traffic you can get to the casino in 5-10 minutes easily and that is probably why you are staying here, or for the outlet malls. Otherwise...as far as the property and the area are concerned, unless you are just looking for a stop after driving the I-5 for hours on end I doubt you'd want to stay...

I went back to this hotel after my first stay a year ago and I was very impressed by this hotel's cleanliness. Remodeled bathroom was very nice and the fresh bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I can see this hotel's new look all around.

I was not impressed with this motel when I stayed there - the breakfast was very mediocre and the toilet didn't want to flush. But it was afterward that I was really appalled by the poor customer service. I know it is my responsibility to keep track of my belongings but sometimes something gets left behind. I left a pair...

This is the one of the worst hotels ever. How can you have a 48 hour return policy when you phone the day before and cancel 2 hours later? This place is shabby, it's worth maybe 5o bucks a night, and don't get me started on their customer service. The breakfast is a joke, nothing but carbs and sugar. Time...

This hotel should be rated a 1 star at best. Very old, carpet needs replacing, very noisy. Bed was not at all comfortable. This hotel is not in a great location, didn't want to walk to the car from the hotel for fear of what might be around the next corner. Left as soon as we made it through the...
