This was a wonderful find that my wife and I can't say enough good things about. Don and Linda, our innkeepers, were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that my wife and I had everything we could want for our honeymoon; reaching out to us prior to arrival to ensure that we...

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. We really liked it. The inn is beautiful and cozy. We could see the Puget Sound from our room. The innkeepers were very friendly and helped us feel comfortable. They fixed us two delicious breakfasts and took our dietary preferences into account.

Charming, welcoming, a lovely retreat! A place I will travel across the country to go back to! The Inn keepers have thought of everything. We stayed during a cold weekend before Christmas and enjoyed the fabulous room with Jacuzzi tub for two, walk-in rain-shower, heated wood floors, comfortable bed, peaceful waterviews of the sound, handcrafted soaps, and sitting area with...

Terrific place to stay inn keepers friendly, welcoming and very good hosts. Cookies in the evening are very tasty. Don will even take you on a Kayak trip which is an excellent way of seeing the local wildlife. One of the few US destinations in 14 years of travelling worth further visits. Open the windows and breath in the fresh...

I must warn you up front, in all likelihood, this will be a long review..too many wonderful things about our stay to say it in a few short sentences! Perhaps it was the crackling fire, on a cold, grey, rainy Thanksgiving weekend. Or the perfectly scaled rooms that were brimming with books, and overstuffed sofas to curl up in. With...

Attention to details make this B&B a notch above the rest.. The owners have achieved what few others have.. the feeling that you were visiting the English aunt whom you haven't seen in awhile.. Cozy and inviting ... personal memorabilia make it so. Along with a genuinely warm welcome.. and fresh baked cookies, the fireplaces and various seating options make...

Had a lovely stay with Don and Linda. They have a lovely home right on the Sound. I enjoyed spending time with them and learning about how most of their property is protected forever by a conservation easement - including very valuable commercial oyster beds off their beach! There is a commercial oyster farm harvesting oysters next door....you'd have no...

After a hectic, yet enjoyable day exploring Olympia, my husband and I were happy to escape from the highway traffic and finally wind down the driveway through the woods to The Inn at Mallard Cove. It was just a few exits north of the city, yet wonderfully tucked away. The backdrop, with the English gardens, forest and the Puget Sound...

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Inn at Mallard Cove in late September 2016. We had a great time. The facility is top notch, the location is stunning, and the Inn Keepers (Don and Linda) were wonderful. Don't even think about missing the breakfast at this B&B. The food and fellowship were beyond compare. Here is a...

I just spent a lovely night at the Inn at Mallard Cove and cannot recommend it highly enough. At the end of the road and down an unpaved driveway you feel transported to a fairytale setting. The water views at the back of the house are spectacular, and it is just a short walk down a wooded trail to reach...
