I stayed in a two room suite. Very spacious and nice amenities. Nice sofa, long counter/cabinet/wetbar, 2 flat screens with lots of TV stations, micro and mini fridge. All was clean and modern. No elevator. WIFI can be VERY slow during the evening, when I guess more people are using it. I was going to stay here longer but this...

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family. It was significantly less expensive than the other available lodging, and previous reviews were somewhat average, so I wasn't sure what to expect. All in all, I would stay here again. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. It is not a new hotel but seems to be reasonably...

I booked this motel for our trip to visit WSU. The location was close and easy to find. The breakfast in the morning was offered in a large room with plenty of space for all the people. The food was good and the dining area seemed clean. The rooms are older but we ended up with two accessible rooms. This...

Dirty bathroom (toilet and shower had hair all I've them) then the tub didn't drain well so your ankle deep in a slippery tub with water. YUCK AC didn't work as well as you'd hope when you need it to to stay cool n sleep. So after not sleeping well (hot) and your gross morning shower and head to a...

The front office staff was wonderful, they were were friendly and professional. After that it went downhill. Our room was not clean or appealing. We walked into a room with ketchup on the counter, marginally cleaned carpet, and globs of hair in the shower. The jacuzzi tub had tiles missing and the wall had a hole where an electrical socket...

The location is great - close to campus, the hospital and shopping. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, bacon, yogurt, etc. The staff is quite friendly. The physical plant is the problem. It is quite run down, the carpets are stained and worn, the rooms smell musty. The beds in our room were way too soft. The hot tub...

My wife and I stayed here one night while visiting my daughter in Pullman. The hotel is getting old and is run down somewhat. That being said, it is still clean neat and comfortable. The hot breakfast is good and plentiful with meats and eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy.

We stayed here while at a baseball tournament at WSU. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient to campus. Best of all, the rate was much better than the hotel on campus.

We stayed here for several days while visiting the area. It was close to the University of Washington campus and within walking distance to several restaurants. We found it to be clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. A plus was that they served freshly baked cookies and milk every evening between 8-9 p.m.! The staff was...

I spend one night at the Paradise Creek in Pullman while on a road trip with a buddy. My daughter is a senior at WSU and I wanted to visit her so being close to the campus was a factor in choosing the Paradise Creek. The hotel worked well for this and is a good place to stay overall. The...
