Meritage Meadows is a jewel of a B&B. Comfortable, homey, quiet, with attention to details such as plenty of pillows and blankets, heated bathroom floors, excellent breakfasts, fresh baked cookies, and snacks and coffee and tea available. The grounds are beautiful, well managed but just a bit wild as well. Bob and Karen easily managed my dietary needs, and post...

We have frequented Meritage Meadows Inn a few times, but this summer weekend we rented the whole place for a family celebration. Bob and Karen were gracious, patient, and welcomed us like family. Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly, the breakfasts were excellent, as was the wine from (very!) nearby Cinq Cellars. We have already booked a repeat in October as this...

We stayed in the Walawala room. It had a king size bed and a little kitchen area and a Desk area. Under the TV we had a gas fireplace. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom floor heated up(no cold feet). Towel warmer in the bathroom. The room was perfect. We slept like babies in the bed. GREAT mattress. Every...

The Meritage Inn is a fabulous place. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable where every detail has been seen to by the innkeepers. The grounds are beautiful. The food was terrific. This is a place to stay again and again.

We come back to Redmond/Seattle every year and wanted to find a boutique hotel near all our friends. Luckily, we found Meritage Meadows! Nestled in 14 gorgeous Pacific Northwest acres, this mansion has been lovingly renovated and decorated by the owners who run it as a B&B. Little wonderful touches like LED candles, scented epsom salts for our jetted tub...

We stayed here while visiting friends in the Redmond area. The accomidations are top notch. The Red Mountain Room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast was wonderful and the gluten free recipes that Bob baked up were some of the best I have tasted. This is our favorite Bed and Breakfast we...

Just a short drive from downtown Redmond, the Meritage Meadows Inn feels like it's miles away from the city. Bob and Karen are welcoming and attentive hosts, and the property is just beautiful. The breakfasts are first class. My room was very comfortable and I highly recommend this wonderful place.

While looking for accommodations in the Bellevue area, my selections were limited. I have stayed in several B&B's for business in the past and I have always had an excellent experience. I arrived after 9 and a paper awaited me with instruction and and selected time for breakfast. I went to my room (Yakima) to crash for the night. I...

My husband and I had not planned on having to spend a night in Redmond; all "regular" hotels were pretty expensive and uninteresting so we found the Meritage meadows Inn. It is a lovely property, gorgeous setting and the inn's owners Karen and Bob were delightful. The wines from Cinq are fantastic too. Breakfast was scrumptious! Will come back and...
