If you could see me writing this you would see a shrug. It is older and a bit run down. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a 10 minute complementary shuttle ride from SEA. Worked out for a missed flight.

Hotel staff are nice but the amenities are very dated. Some of the drawers would not even open fully. No old water provided at night which is bummer in winter. Parking lot are widely available which is perfect.

I would not have stayed here if not for the tour we signed up for. B

We had a large group of people who stayed at this Red Lion hotel. I was recently upgraded and the staff was great. The lobby was very nice and the hotel has some nice features such as:

Just a follow up note. I looked over 6 pages of reviews. 9 our of 12 reviews that gave the Red Lion 5 stars were the first and only review that the user had made. The majority of the 4 star star reviews were first and only review. I’ll let you draw your own conclusion. As for he managers reply’s to the one star reviews is consistent they are striving to make things better. It’s apparent that the striving is not paying off.
It’s to alert both the hotel and trip advisor that suspicious 5 star reviews have been posted. I am asking Trip advisor to look into this. When so many individuals only make one review none before or after a five star and so many people that have made multiple reviews post one star a pattern appears that indicates the reviews are not legit. This degraded the trust in the review system.

Coming in to SeaTac this saturday August 28 at 7pm...where do you get the shuttle to the hotel
It's outside of the airport. If i remember well the pick up place is 3A. However the phone was broken there. I have used the One by 3C. It's a free phone (the number is written in the directory). Just Give them a ring and the bus 18 will be sent to pick You up

I have had 2, two night horrid stays at this property and for reasons we are asked to stay there again. I was hoping for a change now that is a Red Lion but have looked at sites around the internet that still reference filthy tired rooms, stains, smoke smells, poor plumbing and BED BUGS. Anybody have a recent stay experience that should change my no less then stomach turning reluctance to book this property again?? I had stayed at other Red Lions that have been nice and as a matter of fact use to work at one.
I stayed there in February 2015. There was construction work being done on the entry doors but other than that, it was clean. I also had no problems with the staff. The rooms are small. The thermostat wouldn't let me get the heat down as low as I wanted it but I opened the window and solved that problem. I would not go out of my way to stay here or even choose it as a destination but, I thought it was OK as a transient overnight spot. This is only recently a Red Lion so it will probably be a while before it fully meets their standards.
