We just returned from a weekend trip to the K Diamond K Ranch. We had a wonderful time. Our drive there from the Seattle area was up 97 through Omak and the cute downtown Republic. Our return trip was by Grand Coulee Dam, which was a stunnlying beautiful drive. It really capped off our get-away. First off, I can't say...

Up near the little town of Republic is a wonderful ranch resort with an amazing family who owns and runs the place, along with friendly on-site ranch-hands. It's a beautiful log mansion up in the mountains with a creek/river nearby. Horses and cattle to ride and see. The food was all delicious and hearty. Also, drinks were provided over 21+...

The Ranch is located on 2400 private acres of mostly old growth forest and is an amazing place to get away from it all. Owned, built and run by the proprieter and his family (who bought the land in the 1960's) this place is impressive. Hand hewn logs cut from their forest comprise the lodge. The expansive great room has...

We found this fantastic Lodge by accident, but we enjoyed the hospitality, the nature around, the possibility for nice horse-rides and the food. Kathy and Brian are persons who can give you the feeling to be a member of there family. All the animals around the farm are so nice. You can do a lot of activities in an unspoiled...

I spent a 3-day weekend at the ranch in the early fall with three girlfriends. My friends and I had such a wonderful time--I just can't stop telling people about it. First, Kathy and Brian and the rest of the crew--Tyler, Lanie, and April-- are utterly delightful--just the best hosts ever. Extremely warm, kind, and just great people. Second, i...

I just spent my third vacation at KDiamondK Ranch in Republic, Wasington. As has been my experience each time, the staff was top notch, the food plentiful and delicious, the surroundings breathtaking, from the gorgeous log lodge to God's country just outside the door. As always the Konz family was nursing multiple orphaned animals. Dr. June, the matriarch is the...

We came to the K Diamond K to see if we could give our 3 year old a pony experience she had been begging for. K Diamond K delivered-and then some! We knew about this ranch because we came here two years ago and participated in a hay ride and then again a few days later for trail rides. At...

We wound up here by accident - what a treat. The lodge is a classic log construction and very spacious. The people were a delight. Meals - which are included - were most pleasant. The horseback riding into the wilderness trails, led by the guides were a great back to nature experience for city folk. Enjoyed the clay pigen shooting...

I was looking for a short vacation where I could reconnect with nature and be active. The K Diamond K ranch was the perfect choice. It is a working cattle ranch, so there was a lot of ranch work to do and I loved it. I visited off-season (the last weekend of April) and learned that my experience was a...
