clean rooms better, have reservations staff better informed, have rooms with heat, have meat on buffet. staff at front desk polite and staff in grille/bar very polite. this motel does not appear to be concerned about reviews as I am sure others have complained.

Very nice if you have pets but needs updating. We stay there a lot and everyone nice and restaurant excellent. The rooms that are river view and open on to grass are very convenient for dogs. Location perfect fot Richland stay but hotel is old and showing it.

On the Columbia River and Parks, with many good restaurants nearby, this accessible but quiet hotel worked great as a stopover on our recent road trip. We had a room with a patio door that provided immediate access to our car. The breakfast was upscale from the ordinary, with proper cutlery and plates, and a nice dining area. The property...

This is my 2nd stay. Trying to save company money. The first one was edgy but fine. The rooms, beds, linens, breakfast , location are decent but no in-room coffee, tubs too old to consider. The lobby, halls- floors- too shabby. Was willing to overlook but they must be drastically under staffed the front desk was trying hard... but he...

House keeping was very helpful and friendly. Great nights sleep. I had to call back after our stay and the gentleman on the phone seemed put out that he got stuck with a question so he transferred the call. No one has called me back.

We enjoyed the area for the first time. We visited the Mercantile 3 times as well as the Goose Ridge Winery. We loved the river walk trail. Lu Lus restaurant was great! We look forward to returning at the end of May for another visit.

First time staying at a Red Lion inn. Very happy with our visit. We were greeted warmly and quickly assigned our room. The hotel definitely has a convention hosting feel to it. Very spacious and spread out. The room had a nice view of the river and hotel courtyard. The room also had a balcony and chairs to sit outside...
