I stay at this hotel every time our family goes to the Tri Cities. It has an amazing view and a park next door. Pool is open 24hrs! Location is great and service is amazing. Rooms are always clean. Nothing bad to say about this place. I have stayed there 6 times in the last year and will keep going... More

Right on the Columbia river with a great park to walk along the river in. Great coffee shop at the corner and great micro breweries nearby. Amazing staff and decent continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub are open 24/7! Very cool.

Visiting family in the tri-cities location and picked this hotel for lack of finding anything of a higher quality. Have stayed at many Hampton Inn & Suites due to loyalty to the Hilton brand(s). The hotel is in a nice location on the Columbia River and next to Amon Park, very peaceful at night (except for one evening when a... More

The place is huge and very clean and relatively quiet. There were a few loud door slams and I could hear the person walking on the floor above me. But it wasn't too bad. Right in the Columbia river it has beautiful views. Nice breakfast area with typical Hampton in Fare. The staff was friendly and I had no issues.... More

Love the views, walkways, amenities, cleanliness. The hotel had just been remodeled, rooms was very clean and had a lot of space. Loved the decor. The views of the Columbia River are breathtaking and the access to the river front walkway is a great feature.

Hampton always has nice, clean rooms and excellent service. This specific hotel is right on the water. You can walk from your room through the park along the river. There is a really nice patio area at the hotel where you can sit and enjoy the views as well.

Checked in for a two day weekend. Reserved the one room suite with two person jetted whirlpool. The "Cabernet Suite" did not disappoint. Beautiful view of the river and river walk. Brought our bikes into the room and stored them on the balcony. Fabulous 2 headed party shower. Easy walk on the path to Anthony's Home Port, Budd's Bar &... More

I requested a riverside room and indeed it is worth the extra money: if you are up to get up early, the view if magnificent. Excellent room in terms of cleaning and efficiency. However I had a problem with one of the room below the suite on the third floor: I was sleeping at around 11PM and then suddenly a... More

We stayed here with the promise of a relaxing veranda view, an oasis on a long road trip. Well, what a disaster. Dated décor, veranda populated by giant flying things (trust me they were no mosquitos more like hornets on steroids) so no, we could not sit out on the dirty verandah overlooking the river. Thanks! Ridiculous bathroom set-up. Paint... More
