Price was cheap included parking. Room was on 1 st floor and dirty. My wife waited to shower on train instead of hotel shower. Shuttle from Airport was on time however the van needs to be cleaned once in a while. The staff were friendly however they needed more staff at the front desk to assist with check in.

This hotel was not in a very nice part of town although close to the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was fine but the shuttle to and from the pier was terrible. We were scheduled to leave at 11:00 and the shuttle never picked us up until 1:00 but took our luggage on another van. Luckily we...

Off the busy streets near the airport. The lobby was clean and the front desk help was efficient. The layout is awkward as the lobby in on the second floor and the elevator is oddly placed. The 1st floor room was well kept despite the noticeable wear and tear. The floor was still damp from an earlier shampooing and there...

We stayed here for two nights. The staff at the dear was really nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was pretty awesome. Eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, toast, fruit, etc. The sheets had weird stains on them that made me feel like they weren't clean. The bathroom was unclean. There was still soap scum in the soap holder. The...

First with the positive: free shuttle to and from airport, full continental breakfast is awesome as is the front desk service. The front lobby and dining area are nice. Relatively quiet location. Now for the areas that beg attention: carpets in the hallways and our room were old and had a stale smell, the shower fixings were old and falling...

I'm on a temporary transfer to Seattle and have been staying at this highly recommende hotel by the airport. Convenient to SeaTac airport with prompt and courteous shuttle pickups, this hotel offers convenience, clean and upgraded rooms with all the amenities. A number of good eating options are within walking distance but most importantly is the service. Robyn, the front...

The rooms are dingy, the corridors are too long and too worn out and the smelly carpets need to be replaced. Overall the hotel is terribly run down. The worst part was that the ceilings are so thin that you can hear people walking over your head all the time. I was unfortunate to have a family who were up...

A lot of this really shoddy place was being remodeled when I left my vehicle here a week ago. Nothing had changed when I returned and while it was all ripped up didn't see anyone working on it. One of the less expensive SeaTac airport hotels and the staff is helpful but overworked in a pretty poor environment. Rooms tattered...

I booked my room thru hotelnpark.com because we were taking a cruise out of Seattle and I needed a place to park my car. The motel was under a remodel and it was a mess. My credit card was overcharged $291 when I got my statement after getting home from the cruise. I have been trying to get it resolved...
