The Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport garners praise for its array of convenient amenities, such as a helpful shuttle service, a restaurant with commendable food, and cozy rooms. Its proximity to the airport and local eateries enhances its appeal for guests.
However, some reviewers warn of significant noise disruptions, particularly in lower level rooms. While the hotel's clean, modern atmosphere and attentive staff are frequently lauded, opinions on service and value are mixed, with some guests encountering slow service and unexpected fees.

This hotel is really rather nice, and is cosy in the rooms with great air conditioning and a nice cosy bed to sleep in. I had no issues with the property, however the service was very slow, and poor which had let it down somewhat and this included charges being hidden and not informed, room cleaning not being done (as needs to be requested apparently if staying more than one day) and also constant calls to my room.
The hotel staff were apologetic, but they still kept calling my room, and not really answering questions that I had asked and the room cleaning was lacklustre.
The hotel needs to realise that hiding or not informing us of this kind of information is not our issue, and is their own and they should not hide charges on any Expedia, Hotels.com or other site let alone their own.
I was looking forward to staying with them again to give them another opportunity to make good what they did bad last time (as per their Expedia review reply asking for this) and they went behind my backs and shut my booking down and sent absolute horrendous report to Expedia against me for simply addressing issues I had rightfully raised after the bad experience last time. They clearly think I was trying on!
I have sent a report to BBB and their head office over this as that report they sent Expedia is absolutely horrible and I advise if you have any negative issues, be aware they may try this nasty behaviour with you.
I've never had this done by any other Radisson hotel, or other brand hotel. They are a huge let down on the brand.

This hotel caters to the people that need a layover at the Seattle airport. When we landed we crossed the air bridge and went to the hotel shuttle area. The phones on the wall listed the Radison and the phone just rang unanswered for five minutes. We switched to the local phone number and same thing happened. After 15 minutes of calling, someone answered. I told them which area we were in 3C and she said the shuttle would be on the way. About 5 minutes later we could see the shuttle stuck in traffic. When the shuttle was clear of traffic it sailed right by us. The driver never looked at us or he would have seen both of us waving our hands. Called the desk again. Another 5 minutes of calling she said she would get the driver to circle back. Another 10 minutes and the driver pulled up. Once at the hotel it was apparent that the phone situation was because there was a single clerk at the counter and several people needed service. Once we go to the desk we were checked in and went to the room. The hallway to the room had exposed electrical conduit on both side of the ceiling. The room was a standard king with a “lake view”. IF you could see the lake through the filthy windows, it’s a pond next to a trailer park. Bed was stiff, but that’s a preference thing for diff people. Standard pillows and bathroom for a chain hotel. It was clean but smelled like dust when the heater kicked on. They have a restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby. We ate at the bar area. I had a $22.00 regular cheeseburger and the wife had the wings and steak fries. My burger was good and my fries were fine. Her steak fries were good but the wings needed a double dose of ranch because they were so dry. In the morning there are two small coffee pouches in the room for in room coffee. If you go down to the lobby the only coffee available is from the restaurant for sale. So no coffee in the morning.

Pro's We spent a night in transit through the Seatac area and stayed at the Radisson after finding a decent rate. We arrived at 9.30am and guest services offered an early check in at $20 which we didn't take as we were good to have our bags stored till our return in the evening. On our return to the hotel at 8pm the hotel allocated us a room at the rear of the property away from International Boulevard as requested. A really lovely room 407 overlooking a small lake. The room had received a great refurbishment with wood effect flooring, cosy upholstery and bedding, and all amenities including a decent coffee, a microwave, and refrigerator. The bed itself was so comfortable.
Cons, Sadly with refurbishment soundproofing we found awful. As we lay watching television the guy in the next room sneezed a few times and I said "bless you". We slept till around 12.30am when folk around our room returned to the hotel and woke us with loud music, partying, and very loud chatter. After we both tried to return to sleep without success I left our room to find where the noise was coming from. Around 1.30am I found room 307 below had a large family that were drinking, shouting, and playing music. We called the front desk and they tried a couple of times to request room 307 allow others to sleep. It still was impossible so the hotel moved us to another room on the same level but away from the continuing noise. We appreciated the staff efforts for us and indeed giving us a call in the morning to check all was OK, and provided us with vouchers for a great complimentary breakfast. Being woken by excitable maid service at 7.45am did not help though.
Frustrating that one group of people can inconvenience so many when all hotel guests would like to do is rest or even sleep. Overall the staff really tried for us and each and every one we found great. The hotel itself is cosmetically very well designed however ear plugs are highly recommended if a light sleeper.
Thanks to all at the Radisson Seattle Airport for trying against the odds to find us some sleep.

They just chose not to honor a pre paid non refundable booking. I made and paid for a reservation a month ago. At 11 o’clock I get off a plane and with no prior contact they tell me that they are refusing to assign me an available room. My daughter and I were stuck with no place to stay because we trusted the SeaTac Radisson with our travel plans. This is as they are giving rooms to other customers who arrived after us.

We have stayed ay this hotel for years - over 30 - during our overnight layovers from anchorage, AK to other destinations. Tonight my husband and I checked in and needed something to drink. The bar closed at 9:00 and it was 9:15 so she wouldn’t serve us a glass of wine and club soda to go. No problem. Closed is closed. When we got to our room there was ONE bottle of water. We went back downstairs and asked for another bottle of water. The manager told us we could purchase another bottle of water for $2 but he couldn’t give us one for free. He said they wouldn’t give one for each guest because it would be ridiculous. If there were 20 people in one room they wouldn’t give 20 bottles. The good news is the hotel saved $2. The bad news is that we will never stay here (or any Radisson) again!

I just checked into the hotel and found out from the front desk that breakfast is not included in my stay even though the operator (Ronald) from Choice hotels had promised it would be included in my reservations. The lady at the front desk helped me by calling Choice hotels membership line to clear the matter and after speaking with them they still would not honour what their own operator Ronald had promised. But the lady at the front desk went above and beyond, she asked the restaurant manager and got me 4 free breakfasts! Thank you Sadaka for your excellent customer service. Next time I will book my reservations with Radisson hotel directly and never with Choice hotels membership line! Also, they got me early check-in and a very comfortable clean room! I will come back here for sure!

I’ve stayed here 4 nights now, two separate stays. The front desk staff is so rude, I ask a basic question and she just stared at me like I was crazy, then shooed me away and rolled her eyes. There’s water bottles provided in the room, but both of mine were already opened so I had to toss them- disgusting! You can’t even provide FRESH water?? You’re reusing bottles from old guests? Room service took over an hour and my food was cold when it arrived!

Your employee TENDER was fantastic. She took care of our room while we’re having a seminar. Being 6 foot eight she actually found a tall chair for me to sit in and do the fact I had a knee injury and wearing a brace she assisted me and getting my food Back to my table. She went above and beyond to help me both days thank you Dan Beeson.

Location: The hotel is the closest in location to SEA as it's directly across from the access road that leads to the terminals. You can easily walk to and from the terminals even with bags, there are sidewalks and crosswalks the whole way, or you can take the hotel's shuttle. There are a few restaurants nearby including 13 Coins which stays open late. You can also walk to the Light Rail. Â
Hotel: The hotel is older but it's in a good state of repair. There's a small lobby which has a restaurant that is doing to go breakfast and dinner. There's also an indoor pool though that's currently closed. The hotel does have a small parking lot as well. Thankfully there were no long elevator waits when I was there and the common areas are all well lit.
Check In: I arrived at 9 PM and a very friendly agent checked me in. She thanked me for being a Club member and said as she was out of King rooms I was getting a suite upgrade. No complaints there. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful in fact.
Room: A nice sized suite with a full living room with work station and a small kitchen area with coffee maker and coffee (no longer a guarantee during COVID) plus a bedroom with a large bed, outlets near the bed, good working Wifi and a large bathroom. Sound proofing is not an issue at this hotel either.
Overall I was very impressed, I'd gladly be back.

It’s just across the street, so as far as distance goes yes, it’s not far. However, I can not speak for the safety. I don’t know if there’s a pedestrian path there.
The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service on a 24 hour basis. Once you leave baggage claim, head up the escalator to the parking garage, and down one level to the courtesy hotel pick up area. Call us from the courtesy phone. Cruise shuttle bus does pick up at the hotel. Reservations are required. Fees apply.
There are more places to choose from in the SeaTac area.
