For the convenience of location to airport and public light rail, this hotel can’t be beat. But in most other respects, a few dollars more will get you a LOT more in the way of amenities and service. Granted, the price of this property is lower than any other near the airport, but the general shabbiness of the facilities is quite apparent. The bed was flimsy and gave more the feel of a fold out couch bed. There was an absolute minimum of electrical outlets. Upon check in we considered checking out again, as there were small stains on the sheets and the linens were rumpled as though someone had just slept in them and the bed had not been actually changed. As I said, at this price point in a hotel with such a convenient location, you can’t expect perfection and certainly no breakfast, but clean fresh sheets are a must.

Wow - summer of 2022 all the Sea Tac hotels are crazy expensive. We didn't feel like spending 200 bucks for a room for one night, so found a "deal" ($109) here. The room was tired and some furniture was broken. There was no elevator. We had to rise early to catch a flight but the shuttle doesn't start until 7 AM. Luckily, it is a 15 minute or so walk to the terminal. Was it clean? Sort of. One thing that was new and in very good working order was the air conditioner/fan and that was much appreciated. We asked for a 5 AM wake up call and it never came but of course we set alarms on our phones.

Traveled to the US for the first time in my life and changed my Hotel last minute t this one.
As I arrived I had to pay 100$ deposite, there was no information about it anywhere. The hotel is really really really dirty and only stay here if you have literally no other choice.
They couldn't find me in the system first, it was a rainy stormy day and I was really upset, then I saw the room and wanted to cry and just leave instantly.
Awful smell, awful bed, awful bathroom, everything was dirty, dark, smelly. Even the shower felt dirty.
One of the towels had a long hair that was def not from me.

I stayed one night and the only good thing was that the one person at the desk let allowed my boyfriend to stay with me. But honestly, don't go there.

The most affordable option just opposite the airport. It's a short walk and I felt safe walking there from the airport at night. Hot water/coffee/tea available only in the mornings. The Indian guys at the reception are very friendly and nice. I have no complains for my room on level 1, not sure why the booking platforms have poor reviews of the rooms.

Absolutely disgusting. The hotel needs serious investment and much better cleaning. I was booked into a smoking room by accident, and could not change it. The thick smell of smoke made it unbreathable. I washed all surfaces down with soap and water, opened windows and put the AC on full to ventilate the room. Too scared to put bare feet on the carpet, and bead cover stank of stale cigarette smoke - pulled it off and threw it in the closet - sheets were fine. No elevator. Holes in walls, peeling paint, hole in bathroom door. And to top it off instead of placing a hold on my card for the room amount plus $100 (which is what I expected), they actually charged that amount to my card. Now I'm looking to get a refund of $100 or resort to cancelling the transaction on my credit card. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Itty bitty room!!
window a/c barely worked.
The shuttle from SeaTac (that is why I stayed here) stopped at 5PM so had to get a taxi.
no breakfast. I had to ask for coffee.
not near a place to eat
Overall I can't think of anything good to say. So in summary, pay a bit more money and stay at one of the other nearby properties that will in fact propose a shuttle and the usual motel services

This was probably the worst place I have stayed in my life. It was dirty, staff very rude and if it wasn’t midnight would not have stayed there. It was that bad.
I actually didn’t sleep as worried about bugs!!!!

We tried to cancel another booking and not even a 50% refund.
Did not use that booking.

It was cheap but we stayed because so close to airport and I did not read the reviews and I should have!!!!

Not clean. There was trash from previous guests under the bed. The room was smelling terrible, like body odor. It was coming from the AC. Luckily I had some disinfectant and sprayed that over the filter which seemed to remedy the problem. Bad shower pressure. The tub was nice and large, and metal which meant the curtain magnets were actually useful. But just as much water was coming out of the spicket as was the shower head. There were plenty of unsavory characters out in the parking lot. Next time I will spend a little more and stay somewhere less crack-house-ish.

Literal criminals. I said in my initial booking I'd arrive after midnight, they said OK no problem. Flight was delayed, I called to say it'll now be 3am, they said no problem our front desk is 24 hours. We check in no issue. The room is old and dirty but whatever, we just needed it for one night. At 10:55am they called our room to ask if we'd be out by 11am, wtf. We said yes, and we were walking in the lobby by 11:02am to get in our uber. Fast forward a couple days, I see multiple charges on my card and figure ok, one must be a deposit hold, maybe one is a dupe, I'm sure they'll fall off. Well it doesn't, it posts. So I call the motel and the Indian guy is immediately aggressive with me. He said we were considered a no-show and then billed for an upgraded Saturday room, because "you asked for an upgrade". I was like what?! we have proof of payment for Saturday night in a hotel 60 miles away, why would we have 'upgraded' for a night we didn't stay AND the girl that checked in didn't say there was any issue with our arrival time. She certainly didn't say we were considered a no-show and paying for an additional night. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to fight tooth and nail with him via my credit card dispute process to get money back. In the end I got all but an additional $20 back and I just thought whatever, it's not worth pursuing. But you should all know the manager (he claims that was his role) is a total criminal. How many other late check-ins do you think they do this to? A lot of people won't fight. I'm sure it's a scam he runs regularly. RUN do not walk away. It's proximity to the airport is appealing, I get it, but it is not worth it. If you do stay, get a physical copy of your receipt. I didn't because I am used to trusting hotels but never again!

There was a strange noise echoing through the hallway all night long, it was so loud I couldn't sleep, it was awful.
I told the staff but they just said the air conditioning was not working and they didn't seem to care. Guests in other rooms had made the same complaint.
I knew from other reviews that cheap means bad stuff, but I didn't expect not being able to sleep because of the strange noise, and the next day I was so sleepy I couldn't do anything.
I was assigned a room on the corner, but the Wi-Fi was weak and kept cutting out.
Other than the good access to the airport, there is nothing to praise about this motel.

Bonjour J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel en juin dernier. Il y a bien une salle d'eaudans la chambre, mais comme dans beaucoup d'hotel américain, il y a un lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle d'eau.
