Detailed Reviews
The front desk staff had the television cranked up really loud in the lobby because he was watching it, and had to keep asking me to repeat myself. during check in. The hotel was not full by any means during my stay and when I inquired about a lake view room upgrade due to Bonvoy gold, I was told I could get a bottle of water for free and that was the best they could do. Did not explain the amenities and when I had to keep going back to ask questions, he acted annoyed. Parking was $17 but after tagging on taxes and fees it was $22.
Breakfast was the only redeeming thing. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping items filled and the area clean.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming as Gold members. The view from our room was a peaceful and quiet. We got the morning sun to wake us up (and blackout curtains if we wanted to sleep in). Our room was VERY clean & had all the standards of a Residence Inn. There was also an outside grill for grilling your own food. We also liked that it was NOT in downtown Seattle (which was about 25 minutes drive) and that it was close to the airport for our easy departure. We especially appreciated that it had credit card operated self-laundry- that was a nice bonus! The only negative I can think of is the breakfast choices were, well, the same as most Residence Inns: apples, yogurt, English muffins, bread, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, and breakfast meat; but with less variety.

Very convenient place to stay if you get in on a late flight like we did! We arrived at around 11 pm and called for the complimentary shuttle after getting our bags. Our driver, John, was so nice. Checking in was fast and easy and our room was on the first floor so it was pretty nice not to have to take an elevator to our room.
The room was HUGE! Much larger than i was expecting. I was kinda bummed we were only staying here for one night. More importantly, the room was CLEAN! Especially nowadays, we all appreciate a super duper clean room. There is a full fridge (which was the main reason i booked this room) and even a 2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher! There is a large desk area, roomy couch and living area, and a nice bathroom area complete with a full length mirror and seating area! Really cute area to get ready! The shower was large and what was great about this shower was that the handle was on the opposite side of the shower head! You don't get wet when turning on the water!
Definitely a place we would stay again!

The hotel has stopped offering shuttle service to the airport unless you are a "corporate" or "contract" client. They have stopped offering much of anything, actually. My husband is Marriott Platinum Elite, and no exception was made regarding the "no shuttle" policy. Staff were abrupt to the verge of rudeness in informing guests of the services NOT available. If you are traveling through Sea-Tac before or after a flight, do not stay here: You will be treated as lower than carpet lint, even if you are a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member.

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, after we booked this, the hotel removed its shuttle service. Given the many options of hotels nearby that do offer the service, I don't know why anyone would stay here. Getting an uber to the hotel from the airport will cost at least $25 and require a 30+ minute wait. We stayed at a different hotel (the Fairfield Inn and Suites) upon our return to Seattle and had a much better experience.

Before Covid this was my go to Hoel whenever I worked near Seatac airport. This was my first visit back in 3 years and it was disappointing. The kitchen equipment has deteriorated, the garbage disposal did not work and the room, especially the bathroom needs an upgrade including getting rid of the old bathtubs. But most disappointing was the breakfast. This used to be a superior (free) breakfast. Now it falls below the average Hampton Inn. The upgrade to the lake view rom is not worth it. You do get some view of the lake, but also trucks, the parking lot and a seedy church.

We only stayed one night, pre-cruise. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport (Jocelyn) was awesome. She told us that the shuttle would drop us off at a nearby restaurant and pick us up when we were finished. She even gave us her cellphone # to call because the front desk guy didn't impress us as very efficient and we didn't want to rely on him for our return trip back from the restaurant.
The room was very clean and everything felt new. I know it's probably cheaper for the hotel, but I wish they'd get rid of the old coffee maker and just put in a Keurig.
The breakfast was adequate, heck we were headed on a cruise and didn't need much lol. But we did notice it was a little "low budget" and below Residence Inn standards.

I was having one of those days "all bad", 4 1/2 hour delay in Long Beach, missed flight at Lax, rainy and cold upon arrival in Seattle. I walked out to the curb and flagged down the first shuttle bus which happened to be for the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was a short drive from the airport and it felt so good walking into a warm, well appointed lobby, with one of the nicest front desk individuals you could ever ask for. Armon was courteous, professional, and his incredible friendly attitude turned my day around. The hotel is like new, super clean and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Seattle area, and if you are fortunate to have Armon on duty, you really scored!

There is absolutely nothing inherently wrong with this hotel. As a frequent traveler, certain things IRK me, but they were made known and not surprising.
Room was small, but clean. Everything functioned properly and the space was bright and well lit.
We booked a Lake View king and got that same room (grumble, okay. No Titanium upgrade). The lake is actually kind of pleasant.
Perhaps more irritating is the new trend of charging to park in an open, unsecured lot.
But on that subject: at some point during the evening, someone in a white pickup checked in and left it directly in front of the door. It was still there at 8:30 AM. Wonder if they got billed for parking?
We didn’t sample breakfast but appreciated the fresh coffee in the lobby.
Very close to SeaTac Airport which was appreciated for our 7:00 AM flight.

Like most Residence Inns, my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a mile from the SEATAC airport. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy, and staff were helpful and professional. Although it has no shuttle, a Link Light Rail Station is about a 7-8-minute walk away and the airport is the following stop. I would have rated the hotel "5" but the breakfast buffet lacked several items that I had grown accustomed to at Marriott hotels: a waffle iron, fresh cut fruit and potatoes or hashed browns.

No I believe they got rid of the pool. It’s more for business people now
Yes the breakfast is free . The place was very quiet and didn't hear any plane flying near. Yes, the room that is away from the street would probably be best. Not sure about the rail but there is a bus stop near about a block down the street. Not sure about a close grocery store. Ask if the hotel would drop you by the light rail station, during our stay the driver dropped us at the rent a car center.
We have a very limited menu , just simple salads, sandwiches. Thank you
