The hotel itself deserves 5 stars for its cleanliness! I prioritize staying in clean hotels, and this one is undoubtedly the cleanest in the area. However, the breakfast at the hotel was expensive — a $20 buffet with a limited selection, unlike what you'd typically find at an average Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. The only downside to this hotel was the shuttle service. On two occasions during my stay, I had to use Uber from the airport because the shuttle never arrived despite calling and informing them of my location at the airport. Other hotel shuttles passed by multiple times while ours failed to show up, which was disappointing. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly!

This is amongst the nicer Hilton Garden Inns. It was clean, comfortable and more of a hangout vibe in the bar and outside seating. We were here for just the night ahead of a flight from SeaTac. The hotel has a shuttle that runs on ever 1/2 hour and is just a few minutes to the airport.

We stayed here one night before our flight. It is a relatively standard HGI, but I give it high marks due to it's straight addressing the needs of its customers. It has plane departures shown in the lobby. The rooms are filled with USB and electrical plugs. A/C works beautifully. Not a fan of a sliding barn-style door for the bathroom, but that's a minor detail. Room was spacious. Car parking is around $16/17 per night, but locked in a secure garage under the hotel. They have umbrellas for your use and a well stocked sundry. If I needed, I'd stay here again.

Just over a kilometer from the airport to which it is connected by a shuttle which must be called upon arrival at the airport and booked for the airport. It features a beautiful structure and an elegant hall. Staff at the reception are totally aseptic and not generous in spontaneously providing any information beyond the room number. In the morning there was only one person at the reception with evident slowness in processing the check-out formalities. Large and clean room although with bathroom with tub and curtain, with very basic amenities (no complementary). I find it absurd that after the pandemic the tendency to guarantee housekeeping only on request and also exchanged it as a complementary service has spread. Paid breakfast but when you showed up shortly after 9.00 there was practically nothing left at the buffet. I find it incorrect that if it is confirmed that breakfast can be had until 10.00, the same treatment is not guaranteed to everyone. Ultimately you can try something better

A little nicer than most airport area hotels. Check in went pretty smoothly. Only amenity for a diamond was the 2 free bottles of water already in the room. No real recognition of status. Unable to choose my own room on the app. They did honor my preferences with a high floor and away from elevators. But.. the first room they assigned me smelled like a can of glade air freshener had exploded. The smell was overpowering. Front desk was able to switch rooms, although to a double queen room instead of a king. The whole room switch took about an hour, and when I checked in at 9pm the desk wasn't even that busy. Not sure why the holdup.
The noise in the room from the hallway was moderate, but most others were asleep by 11, so didn't really bother me. Hallways were newly remodeled and fairly clean.
Parking was a bit odd as the parking lot is under the building. I did feel very safe in the parking lot, as it is totally sealed off from outside. You need to drive up to the gate and press the intercom button to announce your name. Then the front desk remotely raises the gate for you. When exiting just pull up to the gate, and it will automatically open. There is a ramp and elevator from the garage to the hotel. Parking is $15 nightly additionally.
Overall an average stay especially since the price was about $50 more than other slightly nicer Hilton hotels 15-20 minutes away with free parking.

After reading many SeaTac hotel reviews, we decided to pay a bit more and go to the Hilton Garden. It was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, plus had a restaurant on site. The room + breakfast deal was a good one. Great breakfast with custom omelets! Our room had very comfortable beds and a great shower. Also the shuttle driver was extra helpful in putting our box of frozen (delicious) tamales in the restaurant's freezer. This hotel is definitely worth a slightly higher price!

Room Tip:Our shuttle driver suggested asking for a room on the back side of the hotel for less street noise.

This is my second review and it has been three years since I last stayed here when it was first opened before the Pandemic. The hotel was maintained well and I like it better than the Doubletree next door. Surely, there is less view of the airport for aviation enthusiasts, but the lovely décor of the hotel, along with its comfortable room, more than compensates the lack of view. Shuttle was run twice every hour and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant serves both breakfasts and dinners. There is also a bar. The fitness center is average, which is what I expect from a hotel of this quality. There is a swimming pool too, along with two computers connected to printers so you can print out boarding passes and basic documents. Check in and out experiences were pleasant. I am more than happy to return here in a future visit.

Be prepared to be underwhelmed at this particular location. Not a whole lot included with your room it seems. Parking was $15, a bottle of water in the room was $2 a piece, breakfast bar was closed for Covid so the only options was pre-paid breakfast to go bags. Prices were so ridiculous on the items I wound up just saying "screw it" and going to McDonalds. Like $5 for a baby box of cold cereal? You kidding me? Finish work in the room was sloppy, some paint missing on the walls and a super gappy bathroom door. I'm glad my partner and I already live together, so the unique bathroom symphony I was privy to this morning wasn't too much of a shock. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but that's the best I can say for this place. Wouldn't choose to stay again. With the cost of parking and having to buy my own breakfast, I'd rather just stay at a nicer hotel.

This hotel provided an excellent stay post-cruise. It is right next to the airport, but we didn’t hear planes at all. The hotel is very modern. They provide a free airport shuttle. There is a well stocked snacks and food pantry near the front desk. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, but we didn’t utilize it. There is an indoor pool, but we didn’t use it.
Our post cruise taxi transportation dropped us off at the hotel around 9:45a. Check in isn’t officially till 3p, but they found us a room by 11:30a (of course, ymmv based on availability at check in).
The room (214) was very clean, with high ceilings and a comfortable layout. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had local channels and HBO. No Netflix or YouTube streaming on the TV though. The room had a Keurig coffee maker and a fridge. There was also an ironing board and an iron. There was no room safe.
The bathroom was large. There was a large shower but no tub. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The entry to the room can be done from your phone with digital key or with the key cards given at check in.
The hotel is located on a street with various restaurants within easy walking distance (the nearby Denny’s was atrociously slow in service). We opted for calling out to Dominos pizza for dinner (we never eat Dominos at home, but this was good here).
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very polite and attentive. Great stay!

I don’t for the life of me know how this hotel has any positive reviews. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties across the country and I’ve never had such a negative experience before. We didn’t encounter a single pleasant employee. Namely we chose this hotel because we felt safe with Hilton’s quality and they offered a free shuttle from the airport. We waited while other hotel’s buses came in and out (some coming back multiple times) when almost 40 minutes later this hotel’s bus finally showed up with a surly driver who said there was bad traffic. I’m sorry the hotel is less than 3 miles from the airport and there was zero traffic as it was later in the night. When we called to check on the status of the bus a front desk employee told me “it’ll get there when it gets there.” Had I been rude, I could understand the tone, but not once did I give the attitude that I received in turn. I will warn everyone I can to stay literally anywhere else in Seattle but this hotel. It does not meet the Hilton standard. I wished I had read more recent reviews before booking.

Yes, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer on the main floor of the hotel. Each cycle is $2. Change can be exchanged at the front desk and detergent is available for purchase in our shop , if needed.
Hello Lindsey, our parking garage is underground, secure and keeps you and your car out of the elements. We offer parking rates with hotel stays as "Park & Go" on our website or you can book just parking, short or long term, at cheapairportparking website.
Yes, when I was there it left from the hotel to the airport at the top and bottom of the hour. You need to tell the front desk the shuttle you want to take. Shuttle stops at the shuttle areas underneath the parking garage and you take the escalator up to the nearest skybridge across to the terminal. Ride from the hotel to the airport took about 10 minutes, but it was really early in the morning and traffic was light.
