My mom and I booked the Shelburne Inn through Expedia and were really excited to have a fun getaway in this adorable hotel. Unfortunately, after driving over an hour to the hotel, we received a call saying that they had overbooked and needed to place us in their "sister property" that was just up the road in Ilwaco. After having...

This is a really superb place to "get away from it all". While one would come to this area to be close to the ocean, the Inn itself is the star attraction. A beautiful old mansion has been refitted to contain multiple cozy well-appointed guest rooms. The dining room, bar, and surrounding gardens are also welcoming and lovely. The dining...

A truly elegant Victorian Style lodging facility from the early 1900's. Every room is different and speaks to the period. Clean, comfortable, inviting. Hospitality from all Staff is genuine and welcoming. The Restaurant and Pub are second to none -- the very best cuisine and world-renown wine selection. And they are in separate parts of the first level, guaranteeing an...

Cozy room, high ceilings, shower in a bathtub, great location. The pub is excellent too. Walking distance to the Washington sea shore where we found people driving onto the beach to see the sunset. 25 mph on the beach. We walked on the new bike/ped path running in the dunes along the shore.

Thank you to the dining room staff (and bartender) for accommodating us with a great table and service. Compliments and kudos to the chef and kitchen for creating delicious and innovative dishes. It's hard to find grass-fed beef on menus, so took advantage of the delicious steak dinner. Everything was perfect - ambience, service, and cuisine. We'll be back!!!

My family ate at the Shelburne Inn restaurant in Long Beach September 2016 and all three of us were blown away. The food was literally to die for, the service was superb and the ambiance was divine. We highly recommend this place.

When first entering, the Inn seems very charming, with subdued lighting, myriad nooks and crannies, and antiques everywhere you look. If you're a history buff that might be enough to satisfy you. If, however, you're like me and primarily want a really comfortable room, with attractive ambiance, you might want to look elsewhere. I recently spent two nights at the...

We loved the antique furniture and fireplace. We loved the beautiful gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping did an excellent job. We especially liked the convience of...

I was surprised to find no TV, microwave, fridge or coffee in the room. I didn't mind. Very quiet at night, especially considering the hotel is right on the main street through Seaview. Very clean, comfortable bed. Third floor with stairs, no elevator; but also had outside stairs, as well as through the lobby. No air conditioning, but had a...

We stopped in thinking it was a new bakery and restaurant. We were wrong, it was actually the oldest hotel in the Washington State. It was unassuming on the outside and absolutely stunning on the inside. We were welcomed like I have never experienced. We were there for lunch and had out two girls 11, 13 with us. They opened...
