We recently spent two of the most pleasant nights at The Inn at Crippen Creek Farm. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Don and Kitty, the gracious proprietors. The beautiful, spacious great room, which includes the living and dining rooms, is open to their kitchen where they were preparing food. We enjoyed sitting at the counter visiting with...

We stayed here while kayaking with Columbia Kayaking. Don and Kitty were the consummate hosts, and really felt more like family! We arrived early to drop our bags before a half day kayak trip. We returned to a fire in the fire place, lovely conversation, and delicious smells coming from the kitchen. Don and Kitty prepared a six course Italian...

We stayed two nights with owners/hosts Kitty and Don and found their company an extremely enjoyable experience, not to mention the food and accommodations. The Inn is a newer facility built for this purpose on 15 acres with a spawning stream running through it. There are a few farm animals and beautiful, green (missing that in California!) grounds. We recommend...

Crippen Creek is in a delightfully rural location with easy access to off the beaten path places to explore. The Inn is beautifully designed and feels like home the minute you step through the door. Don and Kitty are warm and wonderfully welcoming hosts. The guest rooms are bright and airy with comfortable beds and fluffy covers. The linens are...

The quiet beauty of Crippen Creek draws visitors into the welcoming warmth of the Inn. The hosts, Don and Kitty, made me feel like a friend coming to visit, not a stranger. Their good humor about life on the farm, sharing delicious food, stories, and knowledge about baking, were gifts I treasure. I will go back for more visits. Thanks,...

Don and Kitty are wonderful hosts who provide a perfect place for exploring the Lower Columbia River. They really know food and how to make their guest feel welcome and comfortable in a beautiful setting. The room was perfect and we can’t wait until our next visit. This was my first visit to the area and was really taken by...

Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted that you discovered our area and that you enjoyed your experience here. We have been having fun showing off the crab fossil that you left for us. We look forward to your return and learning more about our local geology from you.

We stayed just two nights at Crippen Creek Farm and loved every moment. Don and Kitty are wonderful hosts and the welcome we received was second to none! Our room and en suite were tasteful, spacious and spotless and the breakfasts were just delicious-using homemade produce...even the sausages were made by Don,from their own pork. We booked a meal for our...

We arrived at Crippen Creek not knowing what to expect. We had signed on for the dinner - expecting a rather simple farm meal - certainly nothing in the 5 star range. By the time we bid adieu to our gracious host and hostess, Don and Kitty, we knew they were rock stars. The farm is impeccably kept, as is...

We live in a town a few miles from skamokawa, and got a flyer from the chamber of commerce that the inn at crippen creek had a "room at the table" program for locals to dine there if there were less than 8 guests wanting dinner on a given night. We signed up and were delighted. Don and kitty were...

Kitty and Don are consummate hosts. The house is lovely, and clean as a pin. The grounds are attractive with everything in its place. We had an amazing five course dinner cooked by Don. It was as good as you could get in a fine restaurant. The beds are great with crisp, fresh bedding. This is a keeper.
