We spent a quiet few days in our RV here, enjoying the onset of autumnal grey weather. The lakefront water sports were done for the season, but the pool and hot tubs were great. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot sauna, too, and the firepit with Thursday night football on the big screen. Delightfully friendly and hardworking staff. It made a lovely...

Lovely place, soap lake is just down the resort. You can rent kayak and paddleboard for the lake. This lake is very high in minerals. We stayed in teepees and it was very convenient. They provided us with air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. Mini fridge was a great hit, no need to fill up ice in coolers.

This RV Park is a work in progress. When construction is completed it will be an above average RV park with related per night fees. When we were there in early June 2016, only one of the two restrooms was completed, the laundry room was just plain filthy, the restaurant that was advertised was under construction. The place has a...

They say 5 star but adult hot tub not even as warm as bath water. Porta potties instead of restrooms! Only 2 women's toilets by the pool - no others at any location. None of amenities listed in Good Sam or Passport America directories. Did not honour Passport America even though it was on line that it should be valid....

I'd been so excited about the progress I had seen this local resort posting on line ,with the improvements they said they had been accomplishing. Recommended it to all my friends and family wanting to support a local business and their efforts. So I booked a night in one of the larger Teepees, for me and my grandchildren. Some were...

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We have been are striving very hard to renovate this 60 year old resort over the past 3 years, and the efforts have been so that guests have a wonderful time, not the opposite. The campground was in great condition and the facilities looked newly remodeled. Theirs is an outdoor pool with a view and it was very clean. The staff was supper friendly and welcoming. The scenery was beautiful and it’s only a couple of miles out of town. I use the word town loosely because there was only a hand full of...

We stayed at smokiam rv resort this memorial day weekend with friends and family. What a wonderful experience!! They are in the process of renovating right now but it doesn't detract from the atmosphere or from the excellent customer service we received. Once they are done it will be even more amazing! It's a super family friendly resort with a...

We have stayed here twice now and think it's great. Easy access and good hookups. Back in to the lake so you can actually open up your privacy screen for a change. We travel in a 40 ft. motorhome. Will stay here again.

So my misadventure began when I tried to book with them a teepee on AirB&B. I got a confirmation and paid. Everything was scheduled! Then a day later I get an email saying that all the teepees are booked, sorry. It was confirmed and I already paid. How is this so?! So they offered me a cabin for $100. Well...
