This gorgeous property is an excellent choice for a wedding or a conference but if you are looking for a full service bed and breakfast, go somewhere else. The rooms are beautifully decorated with period stye furnishings, but that is all. We stayed three nights in the Garden Suite and no daily housekeeping was provided. Not only were there no...

We happened upon Roberts Mansion thanks to TripAdvisor - what an awesome find!! A walkable neighborhood, coffee shops, restaurants & bars nearby and a quiet nights sleep in a fabulous Victorian bedroom made for a memorable stay. Best of all, on a weeknight the rates were more than comparable to chain hotels/motels in the area.

We stayed in the Garden Suite. Plenty of space with a full kitchen. Don't expect the convenience of a modern bathroom but enjoy the best the late 19th century had to offer - wonderful. The breakfast voucher provided is plenty for a good quality breakfast at the adjacent Brownes Café/Tavern .

Nice old Victorian house. When we arrived the friendly manager, Kirsty, was happy to show us around and tell us a little about the house's interesting history. We were in the EJ Roberts Suite which had a comfortable king-sized bed and a tiny bathroom with old (perhaps not original but certainly late 19th/early 20th century) fixtures and bath. Perhaps a...

We had a lovely stay in Spokane at the Roberts Mansion. The location is in a nice historic residential area not far from downtown. The Mansion has beautiful rooms that are very comfortable. The staff and owner there are very accommodating and flexible. When we were not able to have breakfast since we had to be out very early our...

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Roberts Mansion. Mary, the Inn-keeper, was excellent as was Kristy. The room (Marian's Room) was gorgeous and the whole mansion was beautifully kept and very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay there again.

I was traveling to Spokane for a building inspection job. I stayed at one of their older houses that was converted from a home into 4 apartments it was next to the B&B. The room was a 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. My stay was for three weeks. it was a great place quiet, easy to get to from...

What a terrific restoration to a superb home. If you are looking for something special and different this is a "must stay", We were made especially welcome and provided a very interesting history of the house and owners. Add to this the dinner at the adjacent Browne's Tavern which was excellent and with exceptional service in the upstairs bar and...

We booked a room at the Roberts due to the Trip Advisor write-ups even after being told that they were not serving breakfast anymore. They are feeling the heat of Air B&B and decided they needed to go to a room only format. What is missed is that the traveler is willing to put up with some inconvenience i.e. having...
