When we travel to Spokane we typically stay at a Davenport property and have never been disappointed. We were wanting to go to an upcoming show at the Bing and saw that Hotel Ruby was close by and had a package with show tickets and a room. It said on the website the package could only be booked by calling...

Stayed one night for a concert at Knitting Factory. This location is fantastic as I could walk to and from the concert!! I love the décor of the room. I wanted to steal the shower, that tile was heavenly. The bed was very comfortable. Did not care about exterior sounds of downtown Spokane, as it is to be expected. The...

Nice clean little hotel in a great location. One word of advice: if you go in the winter, take slippers!! The tiled bathroom floors are more than cold, they are ice rink freezing! Other than that it's quite satisfactory.

Very noisy if you need to rest, needed to move the bed to gain access to the little fridge and microwave..sink is very small when trying to use this as both a kitchen sink and washing your face...parking is very tight

Hotels.ca had a special offer to what looked like a trendy hotel in the arts district. We drove past it to hear the street side music overpowering the car stereo... and this was in the afternoon. Check in was a long wait. Top floor courtyard facing room was loud with an archaic elevator. We step in the room.... moldy bathroom,...

We were in Spokane and spent one night at the Hotel Ruby. The room was gorgeous, and the hotel and lounge were decorated in a very appealing, cool fashion. Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower pressure was great, but the coffee maker in the lobby was broken and although the desk was able to provide...

Dear ccpresti, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We are glad you enjoyed your time with us. We are sorry to hear that coffee was a struggle. We have a Keurig in the lobby for fresh single served cups of coffee 24 hours, and have since replaced the broken one! We also proudly serve fresh carafes...

I live in Spokane and my husband and I stay at the Hotel Ruby for a night away. We loved it because it was clean had parking, and was in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere, which is what we love to do.

This unpretentious little hotel/motel in downtown Spokane is very cool. We spent two nights there this January during a weekend trip for a musical. All the most important aspects of a good stay are well covered. Our king suite was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, quality bedding and artistic design. It was VERY cold when we were there...

I am all about make-overs, and this little place has done a good job. With new paint, art, a nice lounge, and upgraded showers they are putting money back into their business and should be applauded. Its not an easy hotel for handicap challenged folks, although their is an elevator you still have to master a few steps and challenges....

For the future, we do have one room that is ADA compliant and is located on our ground floor; and we will always try to place you in a room that will best suit your health needs. We recognize...

Even though this has "Hotel" in the name, this is a MOTEL. The two guests in front of me both had pets. I asked for a "pet free" room. They didn't have and said that they charge extra to clean room for allergens after pet stays. My room was clean but the chemical smell was very strong. No coffee maker...

Dear Kathryn S, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are a renovated motel property turned hotel, meaning even though all our room entrances are outdoors, we offer our guests many amenities such as a laundry facility, fitness center, and vending. We also offer coffee pots in room upon request. Though we do not have specified "pet free" rooms, we...
