When we first arrived at 4pm, I was told that they did not have my room ready, but would have to get one started to be cleaned and call me when it was ready. I was noticeably upset, and offered free parking. While I was still angrily explaining that I had just driven 4 hours with an 8 and 10...

This I the first time I have ever written a review, but I felt the need to comment. We spent the night for a teenage volleyball tournament. Our room was located in the atrium above the bar. Even though quiet time is at 11:00 the loud partying continued until after one in the morning. I called the front desk and...

Just a quicker over nighter in Spokane. Chose this place based on limited availability of hotels in Spokane. Been here before, but it didn't look like this back then, think it was just The Red Lion. Since then the main portion of the hotel, lobby and check-in, has received a dramatic renovation. Very nice. Aside from the aesthetics of the...

The common areas were beautiful, as was the setting on the river. The rooms were barely furnished. There was no in-room coffee. Free coffee service in the lobby ended at 11:00 AM. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, but overworked and rushed. RL needs to focus on basics like room furnishings and service if they want to compete in their...

My rooms were filthy. I ended up being moved three times and they were still filthy. I will say the GM was polite but some of the staff were horrible. They made me feel like I was a "problem customer". The rooms had issues like urine on the toilets, hair in bathrooms, stains on the curtains that stunk and looked...

I love this location parking and breakfast. Superior service was promised. But.... I had so many issues that are super basic for any hotel stay, and this bothered me for my entire two day stay. No coffee in room, and we we were told there was 24/7 coffee in lobby. When we went to find said coffee, it was empty....

Could improve restaurant availability and expand the meal offerings. Restaurant was closed for our 3 day stay and the quick eats have only a few items on the menu. The quick eats is overpriced and the quality of the food mediocre. Also, the quick eats took forever to bring our food over.

There was no spindle for the toilet paper, it took 2-1/2 hours to check in because, even though the staff asked repeatedly to check the room, no one did. The hostess at the breakfast room was extremely rude. There was no coffee maker, and there was only one chair in the room.

When we checked in we were not given any information about the hotel amenities and facilities. And then there was the incredulous and dismissive front desk man the first night when we discovered the box spring in place of the queen bed we paid for. I booked a double queen room, rm 238, and upon retiring for the night, my...

I apologize that you did not find the first bed comfortable. We'll certainly check that particular room since all beds are the same make. We're glad you found the second bed more to your liking. I did check the heating unit myself and found that while the unit was working the LED display had gone out. So thank you for...

I feel so conflicted! The location of this hotel could not have been better. We were able to walk to the city and the park and trails were right there. Beautiful view of the Spokane River, spectacular! The big downer was that our hotel experience could have been so much better if they just paid attention to some very small...
