We were initially quite pleased with the room and the fact that the family suite had multiple rooms for the family to sleep in. Even though the room was dated and doors did not close properly, we liked how much room there was and the amenities it had. As the night went on however we noticed the area getting noisier...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Management was not promptly notified by the front desk about the situation so we are truly sorry about the delayed response. We are happy to hear that you were overall happy about your room; we have made upgrades throughout the winter including new windows, new flat screen...

We picked the Apple Tree because we wanted to stay for the cheapest we could in Spokane for the night since we were getting in late and waking early. This was the perfect place for that. We stayed on a Friday night and didn't hear ANY other rooms. It was nice and quiet. The heater and air conditioning both worked...

and the reason we do is because this motel has great staff who care, is in a great location and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Last but not least is the price...... very affordable and not overpriced. Have been coming to the Apple Tree for the past fifteen years and NEVER encountered any problems.

I have been coming to the Apple Tree Inn for four years with a golfing group, all males. If our wives were with us I can guarantee we wouldn't be staying here. Each year I hope that the management will order more than cursory housekeeping for the rooms. It's time for a facelift. Some things would be easily remedied like...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review about our motel. Your constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. We acknowledge that some of our rooms are in need of a face lift. Now that our slower seasons are approaching, we are taking the time to go through each room individually and update them as necessary....

This hotel was a very basic older hotel. It was clean and safe feeling. This is definitely a no frills hotel but a good value for the money. They do offer a continental breakfast. Our room was clean and slightly noisy (due to traffic on road by hotel- not the fault of the hotel). You might ask for a room...

I have stayed at the Apple Tree Inn a few times. I just stayed there Tuesday August 20 2013 with my 3 year old, 10 month old and my gma. We were in the room less than 10 minutes and the baby was crawling around on the floor and in the 10 minutes we were there from his knees to...

We often travel to Spokane and usually with our dog in tow. We stayed at the Apple Tree Inn a couple years ago because it is a dog-friendly hotel. What a mistake. The only rooms they allow dogs in are smoking rooms and the stale smoke in the room was overwhelming. Because it was a first-floor room, we could not...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about us. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us fell short of your expectations. As stated in your review, we do allow small dogs in our smoking rooms only. This has been our pet policy for years. We acknowledge that not everyone can be in...

Super stay in Spokane for a family wedding. We had reserved 3 rooms, the desk clerk suggested that we could stay in their 3 bedroom suited for ½ the cost of the rooms so we did and it was great. Not too many desk clerks suggest making changes that benefit the customer but this one did and was clearly happy...
