Needed a clean place to stay after very long flights and before a long drive home. Not as close to the airport as some but on the route.

The hotel is clean and the staff are great but the hotel looks like it has had new paint and fixtures in the past few years to look good even though it is the same tired hotel.

The room was presentable and the linen was clean, but the carpets were stained and the room had an order. We were very tired and it wasn’t terrible so we decided to just get some sleep. Unfortunately, the conversation/activity in the next room made that difficult.

The breakfast was good with a bit more variety than some but found it odd there were no breakfast meats to go with the over hard eggs and hash brown patties.

Not sure if we will stay again.

From SEA Airport we had a problem getting the shuttle. There was a breakdown in communications. Later we discovered that the Call boards at the Airport were not so friendly. The instructions were in small print about 7 feet high. Finally when we did get to the Hotel, the Manager greeted us and was very nice. She welcomed us and we really enjoyed our stay. It is not a fancy hotel, but very comfortable with a river outside. It is very nice to be able to go out, walk around the river or over to the shopping area, We also found that it is a rather short walk to the Amtrack station where busses run every 10-15 minutes and you can get to the tram station and to Downtown Seattle. This Hotel is in a Great location with a wonderful staff.

Close to Seatac airport with a free shuttle. Room was tidy & clean with a microwave. Was good for a quick overnight stay with connecting flights. There was a Westfield mall close by where you could easily get food and any supplies needed for your layover

This was our 1st time staying with the Wyndham 'Ramada' properties. This hotel is conveniently located just a short drive off of Interstate-5 and easy to find. There is plenty of parking in the spacious lot. Upon arrival and entering the lobby, we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff in a spacious and inviting lobby. This area as well as the breakfast space were quite tastefully decorated with a great deal of finised wood panels. It made us feel like we were in a very 'upscale' property. Breakfast was nicely supplied with hot items in the covered stainless steel service pans with plenty of selection. There were other pastries, breads, and two fresh waffle irons so everyone found something that they appreciated for breakfast. Coffee, milk, and juice is of the top quality and all of the area presented itself in the highest of standards. We will be back and certainly recommend this for others. Hopefully next time we can use the shuttle and head out to the Sea / Tac airport for an adventure. We didn't check into the option / offering that many call the "Park N Fly' package. Next time around we will inquire if it is something that this location provides or if we need to make other arrangements. Very nice property and the price is very reasonable; especially if you are staying with 2 or more adults with or without children.

Amongst the uncertainty of Covid-19 the staff at this hotel did everything they could to keep customers safe and happy. The buffet breakfast no longer being a safe offering they provided a bagged breakfast that was nutritious and tasty. Cleaning was constant to the point of emptying the first and second floors for full sanitizing after previously doing the same to the third floor. While other hotels closed completely they found safe ways to provide service and a place for those of us with no where else to go.

The hotel itself is in a quiet neighborhood despite being two minutes away from three major highways. It is clean, spacious, has a fabulous lobby with a fireplace, and great staff. The rooms are generous in size and some have a river-side view.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this is the worst that I have ever stayed in. I have heard of bad hotel experiences but never had one until we stayed at the Ramada Tukwila Seattle Hotel. I have stayed at Hotel 6's that were better than this. The hotel is dated, dark and dingy. Walking down the hallway to our room was like walking through a dark tunnel. At first glance, the room looked clean and the beds were made. But. while watching TV on the beds, my son pulled down the top blanket and felt crumbs in between the flat sheet and the bottom sheet. At first, I didn't believe him. I pulled back the blankets and you could see the crumbs and hairs all over the sheets. I then checked the second bed and the saw the same thing: CRUMBS and HAIR. I was disgusted! I found the cleaning ladies in the hall and explained to them that the bed sheets had not been changed, but the bed had been made with the used sheets from the previous occupant. They said they were short-handed. (There were only 2 housekeepers working.) I asked them for a set of sheets and pillowcases for each bed and I remade the beds myself. They told me to leave the used sheets in the hallway and they would come and get them. When you pay for a hotel room for $150 a night, you expect a clean room. The room itself was not clean. Food on the carpet and chairs, a sock left in the corner, blueberries left in the sink, and the tv remote control had grime all over it that I ended up cleaning so we could use it. The room itself smelled musty and of stale smoke. We also did not receive a bar of soap or shampoo for us to use in the bathroom. Not impressed with this hotel. I don't care how short-staffed you are, you never make up a bed with used, dirty sheets from a previous occupant and try to pass them off as being clean.

Dear Valued Guests, Thank you for letting us know about these issues during your stay with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and we are gutted when we don't meet guest expectations. We are very disappointed to hear that our housekeeping staff was not able to provide you with a clean room. It is unlike our team and our managers are investigating the situation. I hope we can restore your faith in our service. We are in the process of recruiting more people and retraining our staff. We are also pleased to announce we will be implementing upgrades moving forward. We hope to restore your faith in our service. Thank you for staying with us during these challenging times.

Temporarily handicapped and the room they gave me was clear at the very end of the hotel! That was my 1st disappointment.
Had to call down to ask how to get fresh towels, coffee etc. They do not do any housekeeping services. Stayed 2 nights and you would think fresh towels and replacement of coffee in room would be a standard thing.
On day 2 after requesting housekeeping to come in, they still did not show up. Left dirty towels outside of room as instructed from front desk clerk and no towels were exchanged. No toilet paper replaced, NOTHING!
Very disappointing that I had to go down to front desk to get these items and it was $165 a night, I expect more than this especially as a Wyndham customer.

Drove all day to get to this hotel. The rooms were clean and the front desk seemed nice at first. But we were misled about the pool (it’s outdoor and closed during the winter season) and the attached restaurant (its a bar) and the bed sizes (online we booked 2 queens, they put us in full sized beds and the argued with us about what size bed a queen is- don’t advertise queen beds if that’s not what you have to offer!)

The longer we stayed the worse it got. Unfriendly staff, rude tenants who screamed profanities in the middle of the night, broken heater unit, and our door stopped locking halfway through our stay. Nothing was done to remedy any of our problems.

Do yourselves a favor and stay in the hotel across the parking lot. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

We made phone reservations for a weekend in August with our son and several friends to catch a baseball game. Online it noted that if you had specific room requests that we needed to make reservations by phone. We were traveling with five 12-13 year old boys and had only two requests. One, that the rooms would be next to each other, for their safety and to avoid disturbing other guests, and two, that there was an outdoor pool that was open, as shown on the website for this location. After being clear about both requests and basing our reservation on both boxes being checked, the phone representative clarified several times that yes, the rooms will be next to each other and the pool was open and operational. Upon arrival, we found out that our rooms were 211 and 219, dozen the hall from each other and not next to each other and that the pool has not been open for a couple years. Too late for us to do anything about it during this visit but when I followed up with customer service by phone and through several emails, they refused to accept responsibility for this gap stating it is not their policy to guarantee these things over the phone. Of course I understand that this is their policy but if all companies always followed policy, there would be way less complaints. In this case it was never stated that they couldn’t provide 2 rooms next door to each other or that they were not sure about the pool and for that matter, never stated anything about their policy. The representative said he checked on both requests and verified this location was able to accommodate our requests. The last person I spoke with on the phone, Mark employee number 421, stated that all they could do was offer some rewards points that would equate to approximately 10% off a future stay, once I joined and obtained a membership. He said there was nobody else that I could talk to and they considered the matter closed. If their own phone representatives had indeed followed policy and were open in stating what they could and and couldn’t provide, we would have been free to make the choice to proceed and then it would have been on us if something was not what we hoped for, but when there is a breakdown on Wyndham’s end, their policy not followed and ultimately the whole basis of our reservation was not provided, that is when they should step up and take responsibility for this lapse. To date they have not and are seemingly hoping that people like us will slowly lose steam and forget about it. Our original complaint did not even include notes about how the room still smelled like smoke and we had the smallest pillows we had ever seen in a hotel. Avoid your own travel misfortunes and stay anywhere else!

My fridge was broken and air conditioning and the pool and hot tub tarped and disgusting and closed very upsetting. The lobby was clean the breakfast was ok nothing special and the coffee was horrible in the rooms we lost of food we brought and left over from a very nice place due to the fridge in our room being broken the hotel has basically ignored me in regard to getting a refund for the night I didn't stay. Very upset with the way things have been handled. They keep sending me emails asking me to review my stay and haven't answered any of my emails asking for a refund.

Answer from Sarah C
Hello! Our shuttle services go to and from the SEATAC Airport and to the Southcenter Mall nearby. While we do not provide services to the Pier in downtown Seattle, many of our guests opt to take an Uber. If you need to go to the Pier for a Cruise, the Cruise lines provide a free shuttle for guests. Thank you for your question.
