Located in Tukwila on Upland Drive near the intersection with Andover Park West, Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport is part of Hilton’s chain of contemporary extended-stay hotels. I stayed here five nights on business during July 2024. It is surrounded by business parks, light industrial and warehouses; this makes for quiet evenings, but there are also no evening dining options within easy walking distance.
My suite (room 415) was had a very modern feel, and was clean, attractive and roomy enough, with a comfortable king bed and a relatively small bathroom. It had a spacious work station with enough outlets to charge my multiple electronic devices. What was interesting was the suite layout, which was very long with no walls, eliminating the walls and doorways you find in Hilton’s other all-suite properties like Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites. It was fine for a single traveler like me, but the lack of privacy might make it more awkward for families. That said, I noticed that more than a few families were staying here.
The suite had a functional kitchen including a full-size microwave, automatic dishwasher, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a full-size refrigerator. NOTE that if you are planning to cook, you will need to check out portable burners from the front desk. Everything in the suite (lights, plumbing, AC, wireless Internet, etc.) worked as it was supposed to.
The common areas were clean and in very good condition. Both check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The breakfast room was large and had plenty of seating. The complimentary breakfast featured a number of hot items such as omelets, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, and oatmeal. This was also the source of my biggest disappointment – on three of the five mornings I was there, the breakfast area opened five minutes late. I know that five minutes doesn’t sound like much, but when you need to get to work it makes a big difference. And, there were at least 4-5 guest waiting with me each morning I was there.
Still, keeping everything in perspective, I had a pleasant stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport, and can recommend it to my fellow travelers.

We stayed here prior to boarding a cruise to avoid high downtown Seattle prices. Upon arrival to airport, we called hotel for shuttle service, within minutes Nichole, the driver was there to pick us up. Nichole was extremely polite and friendly, The next day she was the shuttle driver, and she again was very friendly, happy, and polite. The hotel was clean and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel when in the area.

This is a newer Home2 building, so the rooms are still well-maintained, although the sofa bed is particularly uncomfortable. The mattress is way too thin! We appreciated the size of the room, though, and the ample amount of counter space, as well as the full-sized fridge. It was very expensive for the two nights we were there; I didn't feel like it was worth the $180/night, after the exorbitant taxes and fees.
The hot breakfast is mostly reheated microwavable sandwiches and the like, but it's free and you can't really ask for more. There's also oatmeal, yogurts, and a waffle maker, and there were lots of fresh blueberries available when we were there.

This is a busy, popular hotel but my room was quiet, peaceful and very clean. Love the Home2Suites' full-size fridge, microwave, place settings and kitchen sink. This location hosts a mix of vacationing families, business travelers and people going on or returning from cruises. The complimentary breakfast is busy but well-stocked. The guest laundry room is clean and well-maintained with 3 washers, 3 dryers. The exercise room was well-outfitted and not busy. The pool was noisy and overrun with kids. The guest printer was broken but the front desk printed airline boarding passes upon request. Conveniently located within a short drive of restaurants, stores and the large Westfield Southcenter Mall. I will stay here again.

My family of 4 just spent a total of 4 nights at this property pre/post cruising. We arrived at the Seattle Airport and called the property to get picked up by the hotel shuttle (which we were told they had) only to be told that there wasn't one and that we would need to get a taxi. Surprisingly enough when the taxi dropped us at the hotel, there was a hotel shuttle there dropping off other guests.
WIth a property name that included the word "suites" that conjures up a certain image in your mind - namely that the rooms would be larger than a traditional hotel room and would contain additional things like a sofa and/or a comfy chair. Somehow we got booked into a room with 2 queen beds that was long and narrow with just enough room for the two beds and a tiny amount of space to walk at the end of them. There was a counter top style desk with a rolling chair, a dining table of sorts on wheels that slid under the counter top, and a small kitchenette all in one long, thin space. There was no place to sit other than the single desk chair and if we wanted to actually cook/eat in the room there would be no place for 4 people to eat except to sit on the beds. (apparently, upon more research when we got home, there was a room type called a "studio" that did have a sofa bed and more space) there was not room for a rollaway bed, and they said they didn't have any on property even if we wanted one. One of our teenaged boys ended up piling up the extra pillows in a corner and slept on the floor because he didn't want to share with his brother.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. The hot options included your traditional make it yourself hotel waffles and prepackaged, warmed up egg sandwiches or omelettes. Seating was limited and consisted of a few tables or a big long counter with stools (not exactly great for social distancing!) At least one or two of the juice selections were empty two of the 4 mornings we were there and the carton of milk for my cereal was out of date. Plates, mugs, silverware, and glasses were all tucked into cabinets and drawers and were not easy to find.
On a positive side, there was a shuttle that took us back to the airport at the end of our stay and there were many shops/restaurants within a short walk from the property. My husband usually chooses Hilton brand hotels when travelling and they are usually very decent. I'm not sure we will try a home2suites again.

We checked in about 11pm, staying for one night before a cruise. The shuttle service from SeaTac was slow...we waited for over 45 minutes after reaching "the curb" and calling for the shuttle. The woman at the check in desk was friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was spacious and seemed to be clean. But we were irritated that the "2 queen beds, studio" room we had reserved actually had two double beds. I would not have reserved a room at this property if not for the promise of two queen beds. I feel I was misled when I made the reservation via the Hilton website. The next morning, we had breakfast before checking out. Although there was a decent variety of fruit, juice, pastries, and a few hot items, the quality of the food was sub-par for a complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, mainly because I was not given what I had paid for (two queen beds).

Interesting for its proximity to the airport but that's all. Breakfast with cabbage very limited and happening...in the lobby! Cold and sunbed-free pool to guests without embarrassment, jumping and spraying (and spoke to us at the same time) The Pension is located in an industrial area and therefore few amenities nearby. This really isn’t Hilton. In addition, no special attention reserved in principle for Hilton honors guests that we are.

The staff are friendly but that’s overshadowed by the negatives of the hotel. The lightings terrible, in more ways then one. If you want nothing more then a orange glow with the only overhead lights being by the kitchen this place is great for you.
Been staying in this hotel for almost 2 months for work (not my choice to be here) and it’s been a frustrating experience. Yes they have washers and dryers but only three. If you want to use them you have to fight with all the other guests. I’ve had my clothes in the washer left for an hour, to get groceries or exercise, and when I come back I find someone’s moved my clothes out of the washer/dryer before they’re done, or someone opened the machine and stopped the cycle.
I’ve had the breaker flip in the middle of the night and got up late for work because my alarm died (my phone died).
But mostly the WiFi is terrible if you want to watch videos or stream a show you better be prepared to wait. You can pay for better internet at an incredibly high price a day for negligible improvement Internet speed range from less than 1mbs-3mbs or if you pay for their “high speed” internet 1mbs-5mbs I downloaded a 60 gigabyte and it took 52 hours continuously downloading. Over 2 full days. Don’t even think of trying to use WiFi between the hours of 1700-2000 because nothing will load. I’ve gotten a download speed of 300 kbs too often to count during this time. Often I will be connected to the WiFi and the “no internet connection” alert will pop up.
One of the most frustrating things is that they said they were going to update their WiFi but after two months I’m not hopeful.
To conclude for a short stay the cleanliness and Amenities are just fine. Rooms have good space, beds pretty average. But if you plan to stay a week or more I highly discourage you from staying at this home 2 suites

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to good dining and shopping and my previous phenomenal experiences with Homes2. However, this was not a typical Homes2. Over priced, Room smelt like pet dander, sink was faulty, dishes not put away upon arrival, and wifi did not work. I was very disappointed especially after paying $282.

This location is one of the better Hilton suite properties I’ve stayed at, really clean with comfy beds and a decent breakfast selection. I don’t often write reviews but I have to give a shout out to Vernon who checked me in at 1am after a holiday air travel debacle. Vernon was cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. Joking around with him during checkin put a smile on my face after a long frustrating day. Thanks Vernon!
