Stopped here too tired to go on to Spokane. No reservations so I was lucky to get a room at this very special hotel. Beautifully appointed with attention to its history. Conversation with the proprietors, Dave and Amy, and the other guests was like visiting old dear friends. A very relaxing stay. A Very comfortable bed made for a very...

I had the opportunity to stay at the Waterville Hotel last month from the 14th to the 18 of August when my family had a reunion in Waterville. When I called to make reservations the owner David asked question that let me know that he ran a very discerning business to protect the facility and he and his wife's livelihood....

I had ridden over nine hours on my motorcycle starting at Port Townsend following highway #2 back to Minnesota when I came across this charming hotel. I found both Dave & Amy very friendly and engaging as came in to inquire about a room and a good place to eat. I found the historic hotel warm and inviting and took...

My most recent visit to the Waterville Historic Hotel was Aug. 2014. This was my second time staying at the Hotel. I stayed here a year ago on my way to a BMW motorcycle rally in BC & enjoyed it so much I had to make it part of the trip again. Dave & Amy have done a fabulous job...

Tiny room without ANY sound barrier. In fact, people talking in the hall sound louder than what seems normal. I read reviews before coming here and was not impressed. Its not a place I'd go back to or recommend.

My wife and stayed last evening at the Waterville Hotel. We had a wonderful experience. Dave and Amy are delightful hosts, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is a historic hotel, nestled in genuine small town America. The Hotel is a well known and award winning example of historical preservation. I even have some books 100 years old that advertise it!...

The Worst Host Ever Award goes to: Dave. Hands down, we have a winner. Here's my story: Yes, the owner is the most arrogant hotel operator I have ever come across, and my dad worked in hotels for over 30 years and never treated people the way Dave treated myself and my family. Here is my experience with the Waterville...

My husband & I came upon this hotel passing through Waterville on our way to Seattle. We were really impressed by the charm & character it offered. We loved the antique furnishings & the peaceful atmosphere. It was nice to relax on the porch after a long drive that day, and Dave & Amy were exceptional hosts. They suggested a...

A charming, relaxing, quiet place to be. The rooms are quaintly furnished with no 2 alike. This was our second visit to the hotel, the first time we met a couple who have become good friends. The second time was a celebration with four couples, each was very pleased with the hotel, with Dave and Amy, the charm, the history...

I had the most wonderful stay at the Waterville Historic Hotel this week. While it is usually closed at this time of year (November), Dave and Amy had two apartments available at a reduced rate. What good fortune that turned out to be for me. I enjoyed a relaxed and very comfortable stay, was treated with exceptional hospitality and made...
