We loved this Holiday Inn Express! We had never stayed there before and were pleasantly surprised. When we got there we found there was a Manager's Special Monday through Thursday which featured a light dinner, and soda, beer or wine. It was perfect for a quick dinner. On that alone, we would certainly stay here again! The rooms were very nice and were everything we have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Also the location was great!

The hotel is centrally located, but unfortunately also on a very busy street. The rooms are large and have everything you need, only the cleaning service leaves something to be desired. Four evenings a week there is a simple but delicious dinner included in the price, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The lady who looks after the dinner is super nice and friendly and tries to take food intolerances into account.
The ladies at reception are also very nice and helpful, always in a good mood and ready to chat. You can relax here for a few days.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The carpets in the hallways are dated and dirty. The chlorine smell of the pool permeates the first floor so if that is a sensitivity of yours take that into consideration. Breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am on week ends. I was there at 9:30 and there was very little left to choose from. After 20 minutes still no additional options. For double the room rate on a holiday week end they need to do better than that.
Plus this is a buffet and the one hand sanitizer stand was tucked away on the far end of the reception desk. I had to hunt to find it. Also the Covid information on the website needs to be updated.

Always the fluffiest of pillows and comfiest of beds, great customer perks such as popcorn/cookies&milk in the lobby in the evenings and fresh breakfast in the mornings! You really can’t beat that. Fitness, swimming pool and a laundry room for us messy girls 🤪

My first trip to Wenatchee so not sure which hotel to pick for my 3 night business trip. Went with HI Express due to price and location and was not disappointed. 5 minute drive to the "downtown" area but there are a couple of eating places near by and within walking.
The hotel is well managed, clean, very hospitable staff. Decent comp. breakfast and there is some comp. evening snacks/food between 5 and 7 pm if you are stuck. The hot comp. coffee and cookies are a nice touch.
There is a pool and small fitness room which was used but not by me during this visit.
The rooms were clean, comfy bed. Plenty of towels which I always appreciate especially when travelling as a single as many hotel like to skimp on towels when you are on your own , not sure why.
My only slight issue was the bathroom/sink layout. The room design leaves limited option but I do not like the sink area out side the bathroom.
Overall a nice stay, good value for money. No issues and would recommend it but watch out turning left onto the main road as it can be a bit busy.

What good is a thermostat, that does not work in the winter time. They control the temperature of your room, and you can only heat is higher, you can not cool it below 74. When you ask the front desk, their options are to move you to the 4th floor, or bring you a fan. Well when its 10:30pm and you have been traveling for 16 hours. Neither are good options. When the simple fact is they can choose to allow the customer to control the temperature of the room, by allowing the thermostats to work as they are designed.

This hotel had a mask requirement, but some of the desk staff and cleaning folks wore their masks around their chins. They did not enforce their own mask requirement in the lobby as guests flaunted their defiance of the mask requirement. If cleaning staff do not wear a mask properly when they are cleaning, all those "extra" measures to protect guests are pointless. I would never stay here again during a covid pandemic, which will probably never end because of people not taking appropriate measures to protect others.

I was traveling with my dog and the hotel I went to first did not take dogs. I found that this hotel did and gave it a try. I have never stayed at a Holiday inn before. The hotel was really nice and check in was a breeze I also was just in time for a quick meal. The room was beautiful, I wish I had taken pictures but I was just so exhausted from driving.
Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Check out was easy as well, i took Charlie to the front so i could grab some food to take on my trip (free breakfast) the staff was helpful they loved on Charlie so i could get my food :) They give you a dog gift upon check in as well :)

Basic hotel, but acceptable for quick family stay. Pool and hot tub adjacent to lobby for all to watch. Horrible location, right off busiest street, and the Wendy's line sometimes blocks entry to one of 2 entry points.
Room is fine. Cheap and loose shower liner. Super noisy toilet wakes people up. Super loud when someone showers. Peeling wallpaper, including a horrible patch job next to bed. Broken bathroom door lock, and bottom of door was chipping off. Nice big mini fridge and a microwave. Nice channel selection on TV. Bring your own hands soap, they don't give you one.
Breakfast was not bad. Continuously attended by friendly staff. Kids enjoyed it.
This should be $150 a night hotel. I feel cheated at 260. Mandatory daily tip for room service that you are taxed on, even if they don't clean during your stay!

The parking lot was almost full when we arrived after sunset. Parking was tight on the riverside of the building. I think the parking lot to the south is fine to park in.
The front desk quickly checked us in and we went to our clean west facing room. I was worried the road noise might be heard in the room, but that was an unfounded fear.
The breakfast area was well lit and clean. Typical HIE breakfast.
I think a reader board said they had a managers reception with light alcohol and light fare on M-Th. We didn't make it back in time to get to take advantage of that.
This is relatively close to downtown, and US 2.
There is a Wendys and Starbucks basically in the parking lot on the west side of the building. Wal*Mart is also close by.

I'd absolutely stay here as alternative to Leavenworth. It's not far and it might even be nice to escape the crowds.
The back of the hotel is probably the quietest (except for the occasional train), but the whole property is pretty quiet!
