Where to start? We were looking for a little family getaway and this place nailed it for us! Right from the moment of check in, I felt like the staff really cared. Zee was so sweet and gave us a room near the pool when she saw we had our kiddos with us. She engaged with them and had them giggling. The pool & hot tub was a perfect temp, room spotless and super comfy beds! Both mornings, breakfast was hot, fresh and kept replenished even with all the hungry weekend travelers. I was really surprised to see pancakes and waffles! It's usually 1 or the other add most hotels I stay at, not both! My husband loved the biscuits & gravy and I was all about the potatoes, bacon and cheesy omelets! Thanks so much for the relaxing stay, we'll definitely be back next time!

We awarded this hotel four out of five stars because of the staff and the value for money. Firstly Diana ,was superb, she welcomed us in to the hotel and explained the many features available, I was surprised to learn she was back on duty again early the following morning. Yet again she was cheerful, polite and attentive a great representative for the hotel.
Given the price we decided to order two rooms with adjoining doors, this gave us the best of both worlds. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom whilst small was adequate and the bath/shower combo worked well. The lighting inside the bathroom was terrible, so dim. The toiletries were of good quality and well stocked with two of each item. The rooms could do with an upgrade, they felt dated, no usb charging sockets and a fresh look to the carpets and color schemes would be beneficial. Breakfast was good with a fine selection of hot and cold offerings, similarly parking was easy and plentiful.

The stay was overall not a bad experience. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The staff were a bit overly controlling of my children. My older child (12) wanted to take his brother (3) on a walk down the hall so he could get out of the room for a minute. I allowed it. They wanted to fill up their water bottles and just walk outside the room. I was in the room putting my baby down for a nap. Within 2 minutes of them being out in the hall, they were told to come back to their room. This happened twice. A little ridiculous. They were not running or being loud and this was during the day.
Another issue we had was my 2 toddlers made a mess on the floor with their snack and I cleaned it up the best I could and then called the front desk. Probably about 6pm, and they said they had no one to come clean the rooms at that time. The problem was that now the carpet and tile was covered in ants within minutes of the crumbs being present. We waited for about 30 minutes as more and more ants accumulated. A staff member knocked and brought us an ancient vacuum and told us that she was working alone so she couldn’t help but found a vacuum for me to use to clean it up. She was kind, but it was frustrating to have to deal with that. No compensation or offer was made to rectify the problem.

You guys have an amazing town first off. I was in town for one a conference this weekend and a lot of us happen to stay at this hotel. I will be back. Front desk ladies Rosa and Amanda were always welcoming in the morning and that's a great way to start your day off by seeing smiling faces. Beds were super comfortable good water pressure for a nice hot shower as well makes it great. Breakfast had a lot of options, and Erick kept the smiles coming as well. Don't know how you can go wrong with such a happy group of people in the A.M time. Thank you guys so much

I booked our room online 'way back in April for our August road trip and am glad I did. I used the online registration the day before we got there, which was very easy and convenient. Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, and also quiet, which we really appreciated. The refrigerator was the perfect size for our needs. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated all the extra work the staff goes to in these days of Covid to keep things sanitized. The shower had awesome water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The a/c unit was pretty quiet and easy to set.
The complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing: pancakes, waffles (bake your own), fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, link sausage, bakery items, and yogurt; we ate in a pleasant dining area with a fireplace (which we didn't need!).
We only stayed one night, and Denise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She got us checked out quickly and easily. I want to give a special shout-out to both her and Christina for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

Stayed for one night. Chose the hotel for its location -close to various businesses. Easy to drive to different areas of town from hotel. Room was generally clean, but a few misc things were in need of a good scrub - door handle area, remote, air conditioner, refrigerator handle, floor (vacuumed, but my socks were dirty after walking around in room). Nice staff - front desk and maid were helpful. Reasonably priced. Recommend, but not what I would call a high end hotel.

The most positive things I can say is that the service people were good, and the location was good. Not so good things: The heater in our room kept putting out hot air, even when we had turned the thermostat down to 63 degrees. There was a fair amount of noise coming through the walls from someone's party after 10:00 PM. The breakfast was fairly standard eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, however the first morning of our stay they had some kind of "scrambled egg patty" like you would get on a fast-food biscuit. What bothered us most was that folks were coming out from the pool dripping wet with NO SHOES OR SANDALS! Water in the hallway, water on the elevator floor, so much that the staff put out "Warning! Wet Floor!" signs. The worst was teens coming into the breakfast dining room from the pool, still wet, bathing suits, NO SHOES, wet footprints on the floor. Come on now, could they at least expect folks in the dining area to wear shoes?? The day manager said there was nothing they could do about people walking around barefoot from the pool, she said, "That's the way it is at any hotel." I, for one, have never in any other hotel stay experienced pool-soaked people in bare feet walking around the dining area. As much as I normally like Best Western, we will stay somewhere else when in Wenatchee.

I am sorry that the heater was difficult for you to control. I had my maintenance supervisor take a look at it as soon as he got here after you checked out and he found nothing wrong with it. I wish that you would have called the front desk and given us an opportunity to assist you when you were having the issues. Asd far as the swimming pool goes, we do not provide sandals to our guests nor to we insist that they have to wear them in the pool area. As far as the breakfast area goes shoes and shirts are required in there. My apologizes if someone got in there without my breakfast attendant seeing them. I hope that you have a great weekend and thank you for your comments.

We had very enjoyable stay at Best Western Plus in Wenatchee! I had some issues with my reservation and Denis at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in resolving them. Rooms are clean and comfortable; they even have an armchair with a foot stool. Rooms also include a reasonable sized refrigerator which is very convenient to keep snacks in. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, and selection is great, they even have some fresh fruits. Hotel also had a coin operated laundry machine for customers to use.

Great value for the price. Located right downtown within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a big bonus was the electric vehicle charger out front. The hotel was clean and every staff we encountered was very very friendly and nice. The hot tub and pool were clean as were the rooms. The breakfast was barely edible, lukewarm sausage and biscuits and gravy. Very disappointing. I was worried I would be sick from it not being held at proper hot holding temps. I would skip breakfast here next time but would return.

Yea in by 3 out by 11 but you can always call if it's ready u may be able toget in early.. And you can always ask for a late checkout sometimes it can be as late as 1 ... Never hurts to ask .....
