Hotel's Favourite
Here in Wenatchee, there are multiple great choice hotel properties, two of which are right next to each other, and both provide a good night.
The comfort suites is the older of the two, but don’t let age push you away as this property is well kept up, clean, safe, and all around a comfortable facility.
Room is clean and comfortable. Bed was great pillows lacking, as as usual for most hotels.
Breakfast in the morning lots of warm options, including an omelette station.
Staff very friendly, and wanted to ensure that any of our needs were meant and we’re willing to help in anyway.
Certainly suggest staying here if you’re in the Wenatchee area.

Comfort Suites tends to be my budget brand of choice when travelling in North America, and once again we were not disappointed here.
Enjoyed a spacious, clean and comfortable room for our one night stay. Very quiet location away from Highway, and the room provided a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to unwind after a long day travelling with bed and sofa areas.
A good breakfast selection and well lit, inviting public areas. Parking plentiful.

We stayed two nights. Excellent hotel. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet (even though there was a large group of bicyclist staying/staging there) Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping helpful. Great breakfast selection. Great breakfast staff. Eggs made to order by great staff person. Breakfast staff kept every thing well stocked and clean. Great job! Good location. Only complaint is no access from back parking area, (our room faced to the back, we like to keep an eye on our vehicle.) had to carry bags around building to front or side.

The breakfast staff was excellent as was the food. The hotel was not maintained for the price of the room. The front dest person failed to tell us prior to booking that the handicapped lift in the pool didn't work. The handicap shower in the pool room was broken. The handicap shower head was missing making it unuseable. The hot water was turned down so low that you could not use the shower. The maintenance man immediately turned up the hot water to normal levels and when we asked about the missing shower wand he mentioned that he had reported it to management and they didn't want to replace it. The woodwork in our room was beautiful and very well maintained. The front desk person was either dishonest or didn't have a clue about the condition of the pool and handicapped room
Her only concern seemed to be charging us as much as possible for our room. We will not be back because of the front desk persons behaviour and because there are plenty of other nicely maintained hotels in the area. Thanks

After checking in, we went to the pool and whirpool and refreshed ourselves. The front desk was attentive and checked us in and we went to our room. I asked for a first floor suite since we wanted to keep our bikes safe and dry. There was plenty of room for our two bikes. There were snacks available ( chips and salsa, chili, chicken noodle soup) and cookies during the late afternoon.
The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable beds.
I thought that having the Keurig in the bathroom was thoughtful; you wont disturb your partner with the coffee making noise.

Every time we entered we were greeted. There was a chili and soup buffet for two nights on top of the free breakfast and cookies! The entire hotel was clean. They had a great selection of drinks in their market. I felt secure inside my room and never smelled smoke from neighbors or in the elevator.

This was the worst mattress i ever tried to sleep on. When I looked under the thin mattress pad I saw a filthy mattress that was upside down. There was a hole where the springs were compressed in my side of the mattress. (See pictures) PM me if you want to see my video . My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We are 8 years comfort suites platinum members. My husband is a veteran. The managers Steven & Tonya Tramp offered us an insulting 30% discount on our overpriced $138 room. I recommend checking under the mattress pad when entering each room.

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. I needed some travel advice and the front desk was very helpful. The next morning breakfast eating was very full, and the staff opened up a conference room with more chafing dishes so that everyone could socially distance and not feel anxious. The CDC guidelines for hygiene, sanitization were met in both our wonderful room as well as the common areas. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the East-Central region of the state.

Just an outstanding property. We were very favorably impressed. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed talking with Donna at breakfast. She is very knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations of what we could do in the area. The rooms are larger than other comparable motels in the area. Having a partition between the bed and the sofa made the room more like a suite. In the evening, the Manager's Reception, was nice there were two options for a soup plus tortilla chips and salsa. The drinks that were available for free were non-alcoholic. There is beer and wine available for purchase. We definitely plan to come again. This is a very economical option when compared with prices in Leavenworth!

We received a phone call a few hours before arriving at the hotel, welcoming us to the area. Upon arrival, fresh cookies were also waiting for us. The room was clean with a variety of coffee and teas. The hot breakfast was also a nice surprise since most of the hotels we had stayed at on our cross-country trip did not offer breakfast or only very limited options because of the Coronavirus. Wenatchee Comfort Suites made sure that the breakfast was served in a safe manner with an attendant there, wearing gloves and a mask, helping to serve the food and we brought it back to our room to eat. Thank-you for making our stay a memorable time!

This location is not convenient to downtown Wenatchee but definitely worthwhile staying there. I believe if you go towards the river (Columbia River goes through downtown) you will find a walking path that does go to the downtown core businesses including the conference center. But its quite a walk. I’ve stayed at other places closer to the downtown core but would prefer staying at this one.
All of our suites come with a bedroom separated by a half wall that keeps the living room area apart from the bedroom. We do not have any spa suites. Thanks for asking, we hope to see you in Wenatchee soon!
Dear Melissa:
Our Comfort Suites in Wenatchee offers a heated indoor pool and hot tub. There are tables with chairs, as well as lounge chairs. Thanks for asking, we hope to see you soon!
At your service,
Travis Tramp, CHA, CTA
District Manager
I think Deb covered it pretty well. We are about 3-4 hours from Seattle, I believe that's where the ships leave from. I hope you have a chance to visit our side of the mountains sometime, we have a beautiful city and would love to show you around!
