The hotel was beautiful and modern, decorated well in anticipation of Independence Day weekend. The staff were friendly and they gave us warm cookies in the evening to my children's delight. The breakfast was a huge spread of different items. They even had strawberry flavored waffle mix - a first in any hotel I have stayed at before. The pool was very cold, and the large rain sprinkler was not functional, but it was clean, with nice landscaping outside in the adjacent patio and the hot tub was large and relaxing. I would recommend the location as well, with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

We traveled to Wenatchee for an evening stay on Spring Break to go play in the pool, swim and just get away for the night. We travel often with our two small dogs and Springhill suites takes pets with a fee, so we booked our room here. We have stayed in Wenatchee many times but this was our first stay here. We found the hotel very comfortable with large rooms, very nice customer service and a great pool/hot tub area. When we checked in we were asked by the front desk person if we had a preference on room, we like higher floors if possible and we got a room on the 4th floor. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens along with our 2 Chihuahua mixed had a very pleasant stay. We had one tiny issue with the TV due to a cable being hooked up incorrectly by the last patrons, but front desk quickly fixed it for us. The cookies were nice in the evening, breakfast was pleasant with bacon, eggs and lots of other options. We will book again if we are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Wenatchee for an evening or two.

The hotel is in the suburbs of Wenatchee, about a 20-minute drive from the touristic town of Leavenworth. The area has some shops within walking distance or within a very short drive.
It's a nice modern hotel, 4 stories high. The building is L-shaped with 2 big elevators in the center. There's lots of free parking outside. There was also an indoor pool.
The room and the bed were very comfortable. There was also a small kitchenette with a coffee corner and a [quiet] fridge. The toilets and the shower (no bath) were in separate cubicles, each with its own sink. During the night you can hear some cars from the main road, but that's like from a distance.
We never turned it on, but the alarm clock woke us up at 4:30 am... perhaps resetting it should go into the checklist of preparing the room. A simple breakfast was served downstairs.

The staff at spring hill suites really go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay there. The rooms are super spacious and clean with a desk that divided the living room from the comfy beds making you feel like you have your own little studio apartment. They also have the best fresh cookies every night and free beer happy hours on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Anytime I ever come to Wenatchee I stay here. Tammy and Jasmine both are exceptional at providing customer service recommending good spots to grub and an all around at home feel When your away for weeks!

Reviews were accurate. The hotel and room are clean and modern. Front desk had excellent service, and the complementary breakfast was modest, but lovely. AC unit in the room was a little loud, but we didn't need it and slept well with it off.
Would stay again!

When my husband checked in, he was asked what brought us to Wenatchee, and he mentioned I was having surgery that day. They were lovely and gave us a handicap room which had big doors, easy access, a nice shower with a handle that was removable for easy bathing.
One improvement I would suggest would be some more fresh fruit for breakfast. I realize this must be difficult with COVID restrictions. Other than that, it was a great stay. The beds were super comfy!

Great visit! The room was nice, clean, and well organized. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the small size of the bath soap (tiny). The room has separate shower and toilet areas, which made it easier for my wife and I. There was also a coffee maker and microwave in the room.. The pool and hot tub were clean, there was even a separate patio area. The breakfast was hot with good coffee. Once the staff heard it was my wife's birthday, they made her a nice welcome gift.

Clean, friendly place. Comfortable bed and spacious room, quiet on third floor. Good parking, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Minor negatives were: 1) they lost our request for an accessible room in the fourth floor which we had confirmed by phone a few days before. Wasn’t a disaster as they found another accessible in the third floor. But could have been. 2) thermostat was largely unresponsive—had to move the thermostat setting 4-5 degrees to get a response. 3) hour portion of breakfast was largely gone by 8:45, supposed to be available till 9:30am.

We booked 2 rooms and received a confirmation , but when we were checking in the concierge said that our rooms were not available because the hotel “oversold “ their rooms. I initially thought it was a bad joke but after a few minutes realized that the man was not joking. They didn’t even bother to call me or email to let me know that our reservation needed to be canceled . They simply offered their apology and we were left outside at 9:00 pm without a place to stay . The timing was absolutely horrible .. we were on our family vacation with our pregnant daughter and her husband . This is not the way to do business and hopefully their management will implement some changes before they go out of business .

I would like to let you know that I understand how inconvenient this must have been for you and your family. I would like to apologize for the horrible customer service you received. I have reviewed this with the associate that was responsible and as a teachable moment discussed how we would address a situation such as this in the future. I would really appreciate you giving me a call to discuss this further. I apologize again and hope you will reach out. Please ask for Charlotte or Jaime.

The Springhill Suites in Wenatchee is in a horrible location. It is located right on the noisy highway going through town. The rooms have poor sound proofing. The road noise is SO LOUD I got almost no sleep. I tried ear plugs and my white noise machine, but they were no match for the relentless highway noise and street racers. I asked to be moved to a quieter room, but the staff did not move me. The front desk clerk lied to me and told me I'd be moved to a quieter room. The breakfast food was horrible. Every morning it was the same - cold, rubbery eggs. The frig in my room was frozen into a big blob of ice. It was worthless. The patio was filthy - the furniture cushions were dirty and covered in dirt, leaves, etc. You could not sit on them without looking you had rolled in the dirt. The patio was covered in leaves and dirt. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was that my room was fairly clean. Do NOT stay here if you value peace and quiet and want to get a good night's sleep. Find a different hotel.
