These cabins were set up so nicely. The were colorful and cute with different colors perfected on the ocean. The beds we're great as was the kitchen and the supplies provided. There's a long walk along the beach that is truly lovely.
We walked into one of the rooms, looked around, was grossed out, and quickly got our money back. It was extremely dirty; stains on bedding, stains on carpets, rodent droppings, and unidentifiable smears on the walls. I would never recommend this place!
I've never slept in a worse situation. Room was ok at first look. We went to beach came back around dark. After starting dinner to find one burner on stove working. Finished dinner and was beginning to look around everything in disrepair. No one available...More

We are not the owners or staff, but have stayed there many times over the last 30 years. When we first stayed there rooms were $20 per night. We go there to fish and crab off the dock, which is just outside the door. We get a room with a kitchenette to cook the crabs. This is NOT a resort type place with amenities. It is more like a fishing shack. No real "services" other than the store that sells trinkets, milk and bait with crab ring rentals. Our room didn't smell bad last time we went. Clean enough if you don't have a baby crawling on the carpet. Not a place to lay around the room and enjoy yourself, a place to use the dock, and sleep after adventuring. We haven't seen any bugs. You really can't compare this place to a best western or even motel 6.
We would stay there again, because we like to put in the crab pot, go back to the room and watch some tv, then pull up the crab pot and check it. We like taking our own trailer better and staying in one of their rv spaces and do the same thing.
It just really depends on what kind of traveler you are, and how important amenities are. Hope this helps.
