Stayed Friday night, walked to the CSM and Redhook brewery. Had dinner at the barking frog, then drinks by fireside. You will pay for the experience, and it will be a simple, clean, and classy one. The room seems rather simple and a touch rustic, but everything is quality and you have everything you need, and nothing you don't. The...

The Willows is the perfect place for an elegant celebration, a getaway with your dog, helpful assistance when guest has a disability, or quiet healing. Friendliness is outstanding... they go the extra mile. Huge in-room soaking tub is uniquely wonderful. Fireside lounge is inviting and comfortable. The grounds are wonderful... especially the trails, the herb garden, the sitting areas with...

Spent a weekend here and loved the facility. Service was responsive and polite. The rooms were big and well appointed. They have bikes to borrow and we spent a day riding between wineries in the warehouse district. In the evening we walked over to St. Michelle for a concert. Two restaurants on site. The price was steep and the question...

We stayed the night that we were married. It was unbelievably beautiful in the Pacific Northwest style. Heavy timbers, natural woods, and woodsy landscaping highlight this best kept secret in the heart of wine country! Great location. You can walk to a variety of wineries including Chateau St. Michelle and Columbia Winery as well as Alexandra Nicole (located in the...

Great location, lovely facilities and grounds, looks amazing. But check in and find our suite for us and another couple has absolutely no privacy. Nice bathroom and fancy digital shower. Even tough we had requested a quiet room we ended up right above reception/bar and no chance to sleep until midnight, not good. Service wasn't great, we requested extra towel...

Dear David, thank you for staying with us and writing about your overall stay. I am sorry that it was not explained to you that the suites we have do not have a separate closed off parlor area. It is understandable that since you were with another couple that you did not have the privacy you were expecting. I hope...

Our weekend was arranged around a Saturday morning wedding for our daughter. The setting is amazing with attention to detail right down to the care and grooming of individual trees on the property. From our first contacts with the hotel staff we knew this had the potential to be a great experience. The planning for the wedding, accommodations for family,...

Tops in all categories for this place. Pricey, but can get some better deals on line. Great for a special occasion. Can eat in the hotel or lovely patio. Food provided by HerbGarden next door. We stayed for a night at Willows in a 'nicer' suite. The experience was simply outstanding. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and willing to bend all the rules to satisfy customers. “Go with a larger suite for comfort.”

“Rooms in the spa building would be the most quiet. In our room on the 2nd floor of the Lodge we did not hear the live band.”
saracbell, 30 Apr 2017 | Read review
“ If you are noise sensitive, get a top floor room - guests walking around does transfer. Also, choose to be away from main courtyard unless you want to hear the music - which we did not mind because it stops by 9pm. ”

“My review was for their 'Nicest room' type. Others are nice I'm sure.”
Paul_H_Sea, 22 Mar 2017 | Read review
“We stayed in a "Nicer" room on the 2nd floor which I think means just a slightly different view as opposed to a "Nice Room". It rained the whole time we were there but it didn't matter because the room was so lovely that if we didn't feel like venturing out, staying in was just as relaxing. The room has everything you need to be comfortable including a big soaker tub and walk-in shower. Did not hear any noise from other guestrooms, doors shutting etc. so this was also a good factor. ”
