Tari's Cafe and Inn, 33 North Washington St., Berkeley Springs, WV, 25411; 304-258-1196. Tari's Cafe has four guest rooms over the restaurant which are accessed by a secured doorway from the street and up a flight of stairs. No elevator. As stated on their website (www.tariscafe.com) under "Inn", these rooms "ain't the Ritz" ;-) Think back in time (those of...

Tari's Cafe is an awesome Cafe along the main shopping area in Berkeley Springs. After working up an appitite browsing the local shops and gathering information about the local baths we stopped by for a taste of Tari's Cafe. Our lunch was very good and the selections were good without being overwhelming. I enjoyed my crab cake sandwich and in...

What a great place to eat! BBQ brisket sandwich was superb, house made potato chips best ever, crab cake sandwich was yummy, and old bay fries were also good. Loved the root beer float with bourbon. Service in the bar area at the bar was fantastic! Such a friendly place! Loved it here. Definitely stop by and eat, drink, and...

I've NEVER had a bad meal or poor food at Tari's. We will drive 2 and a half hours on a Saturday to go there for lunch. The crab cakes are fabulous. The salted caramel Martini is really good and I'm not a drinker. Great food. Great hospitality. I've never stayed in their rooms so I gave it a 3.

The description on the website of the inn is absolutely correct it ain't the ritz, but it's got a bed and a bathroom and for a little over $50 a night that's all we needed! We got to spend a little more on spa treatments else where! Like she says on her website it's definitely not a Luxury stay but...

My son and I went to Tari's on the recommendation of my mom and my sister-in-law. The food was quite good. The restaurant was quaint and we enjoyed the artwork showcased on the walls. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was that we were in a section that was partitioned off and the partition itself just seemed out of...

I've been here twice and really enjoyed the food. They don't have a very large menu - usually that means what they do have is very good, because that's what they specialize in. This is definitely true for Tari's! Service is really good - food came out quick. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is that...

We were photographing around Berkeley Springs and we were surprised with the quality of the food and service. The space is like a gallery with serveral pieces of art on the walls that can be purchased. We stopped a second time just for a coffee and again they were super.

The food is delicious here. My husband frequents for lunch and I've been a couple times. He loves the crab soup (be careful, it's expensive) and most of the sandwiches. I get the fish tacos every time I go. They are great! The service is always good and the atmosphere is good. There is local art that you can buy...

“There are steps up to the room Rooms 2 and 4 are really like two rooms with a shared bath. I have not stayed in the front rooms (1 and 3). They have a double bed and are right above the street, so may have some street noise. The back rooms don't have any that I noticed.”
