Just returned from a wonderful week staying in our delightful converted stables at Cappa House B&B. The Stables is a one bedroom cottage, recently converted from an old farm building. It is cosy and comfortable with wonderful views over the Iveragh peninsula. The cottage is recently renovated and all the fittings and furnishings are fresh and well maintained, with interesting original features and decorations. Fran is a friendly, generous hostess who is at hand whenever needed with advice, suggestions and practical help. Short walk to an unspoilt beach and loads of fabulous walking and cycling in the vicinity. Will definitely be back.

A truly lovely place to stay. My daughter and her husband also stayed in the nearby self catering accommodation. We stayed for three nights. Fran from start to finish was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The full Irish breakfast was amazing. My room was extremely comfortable with everything you would need, but the best bit was the stunning view out of the window. If you are looking for a fantastic, peaceful and beautiful place to stay to explore the area, you will not find a better place.

We stayed in the stables self catering. a gorgeous building. There is gorgeous views over eyeries kilcatherine point and south kerry. The self catering was perfect and built to a very high spec with a lot of beautiful small touches to make it unique
well furnished with oven hob microwave and kettle.there is also a tv and wi fi. There is 2 shops in eyeries village about 1 km away and a bigger supermarket in castletownbere about 8 km away. There is ample parking. Fran was a great host very helpful. Would reccomend to anyone perfect for a couple.

Absolutely beautiful place! Fran is so accommodating and welcoming and has lots of suggestions for things to do in the local area. We have visited several times and stayed in both the B&B and the self catering. The accommodation is spotless and modern but also cosy. It has everything you need. The views are stunning and on a clear evening you can see a wonderful sunset. I suggest contacting Fran in advance as it books up quickly for the popular holiday times.

I was in Ireland in May of 2022. I stayed in 3 different B&Bs over 12 days and this was by far The Best. Fran is an amazing and wonderful hostess. As cliche as it sounds, I felt like a family member. Her breakfasts are mouthwateringly delicious!
The location is perfectly situated near Eyeries, Allihies, Castletownbear, and the beach. I met people in Eyeries and Ardgroom who know Fran and agree that she is great! A word of warning however: Cappa House is in demand so book early! This is legit. I heard it from more than one local!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location. We were driving the Wild Atlantic Way and Cappa House was the perfect place to stop after exploring the Beara peninsula. Fran greeted us warmly with lots of information about the area. We had a delicious dinner while watching a magical sunset. The views from our bedroom were spectacular. I must stop place on The Wild Atlantic Way.

We stayed here for four nights self-catering in July 2020. Beautiful, modern clean accommodation with all the mod cons. A great host and plenty to see and do in the area. Very relaxing- would love to return.

During our week in Ireland we visited Beara and rather randomly chose this BnB to stay for one night. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of, well, room. As the Irish in our experience were a very friendly people, our host Fran definitely made the top of the list, Thank You (plus the breakfast was amazing).
I'll definitely return on some sunny day, hopefully for more than only one night.

Fran runs a clean, beautiful B&B overlooking the ocean. The food is good, she is of good humor and will help in any way she can. I loved the five days I spent here. The weather can be wild which for me is part of the charm. The small towns of Eyeries and Castletownbere are a must see. If you are in this part of Ireland I recommend staying here! I will be back. You will love the peace and quiet. Just the wind, the ocean and the sheep. Absolutely beautiful and the owner makes you feel so welcome.
