Quite unfortunately, I recently learned that this wonderfully, beautiful, elegant and stately residence is no longer open to the public. When I was a guest there, it was quite a place to behold. The host and hostess were very gracious, and warmly welcomed guests into their lovely 'old world charm' home! Everything was super clean and starched, and exuded fine...

Linda & Steve were wonderful! From the time I arrived up until I checked out. I was visiting the college with my daughter and they were more than accomodating with my schedule. I had some down time and they allowed me to hang out until I needed to go. Their home is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. The breakfast was...

We spent one night in Buckhannon while visiting our nephew at the College. It was a very pleasant stay. Our bath was private but down the hall. It wasn't a problem. Owners and other guests were very pleasant. It's a long walk to the College so be aware of that. All in all it's a good choice for Buckhannon.

Hosts Linda and Steve were friendly and helpful in sharing the local attractions and provided delicious breakfasts and comfortable accomodations. We enjoyed the local history, live entertainment, ziplining, antiquing, and local arts in and near...

Buckhannon was not a destination for me, but I prefer B&Bs to hotels on the road. There were no surprises for me at Riverside, and that's just how I like it! The GPS made finding the B&B a snap. The B&B wasn't really in an area where I would be comfortable setting out on foot to do any exploring, but...

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Riverside and would definitely return. Steve & Linda were gracious hosts and keep a clean, quiet, and comfortable home (not to mention beautiful). On nights two and three we were the only guests, so maybe our experience was a little more private than others, but there's really nothing I can criticize....

Steve and Linda the owners are great people! This B&B is located just outside of downtown Buckhannon, right across the river from West Virginia Wesleyan College. We stayed in "Evans" room, which was a large room, with a queen size bed, a single bed, and a full bath. The view from the three large windows of this second story room...
