My family and I stayed at the Centennial Motel on June 12th. It is a small motel, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. We paid $80, but rates probably vary. The Centennial Motel accepts pets which was a huge plus. Our only problem was with the wifi. It wouldn't connect. However, we didn't complain because we were exhausted, and it wasn't a priority. I'm sure if we did, they would have fixed it right away because the staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. It's affordable, clean and accept pets. We enjoyed our stay.
First time visiting the area, Love this small town. The Hotel was Amazing. Front desk Lady was great, Really good Customer Service. Was checked in less then 2 Mins. The Room was CLEAN. The Bathrooms were my Favorite part. Really Beautiful, Not like a traditional Motel. They look like they were updated. The shower had pre-filled Shampoo & Body Wash Dispensers!! This was a really cool feature I never seen in a Hotel! The Motel had a PUB right by the Office as well! You could walk to shops & Dairy Queen! I Really loved my stay here. It was great & will be Staying here again. I highly Recommend them!!
My family stopped in at the motel around 9:30p.m. on Sunday night January 19th 2020 it was 10 degrees outside and snowy. This was our second time staying at this motel in the past month and a half. Both times the room we received was warm and very comfortable, everything was clean and fresh. There was a small refrigerator and microwave to use which was very helpful for fixing a small pizza and sub while watching a tv show on the 40 inch tv. The fee was $ 79.00 for a two bed room the one night and was well worth the price. The motel is centrally located in the town of Buckhannon on route 20 (aka 22 North Locust St.)just off route 33 aka: corridor H. There is a Sheetz convenience store, dollar tree and Walmart in the immediate area that are easily accessible. Several good eateries are close by little ceasars, pizza hut, tutors biscuit world,Tac Bell,Wendys and Moma Roma's Italian restuarant on the corner of street opposite of the Centennial. I recommend the Centennial Motel to anyone needing a place to stay whether one or multiple days. Friendly folks who offer continental breakfast and kind courteous service. Excellent family oriented motel.…
We received a warm West Virginia welcome upon arriving and were quickly checked in. The room was a good size and everything was in great shape and clean. Even though the pedestal sink in the bathroom was cute, it would have been nice to have some counter space (there was a table just outside the bathroom, so that helped). The motel appeared to have lots of guests the night we stayed, but it was very quiet overall. Since it had pretty basic amenities and a very limited breakfast selection, I think the price was slightly higher that it should have been, but I would recommend others consider this motel when travelling to Buckhannon.
Pulled in with friends for a one night stay. Hotel looks like a small town locally owned hotel and it is BUT...it is extremely clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Everything well maintained and everything you need for a good nights stay. Breakfast a bit on the lean side, continental. Debbie the clerk at check in and check out was really nice and fun to talk with. Don't be put off by looks this place is a gem. Only a block from downtown where there are all kinds of restaurants/bars and shops. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
