Stayed here on the way from NC to Ohio. The rooms in the hotel are quite nice but the walls are thin and you do tend to hear others. The casino has gotten a lot of new machines and the table games are reasonably priced.

It was January of 2015, We were in W. Virginia on a business trip, and unable to make the drive back to Indiana because of a horrible snow storm that was supposed to pass through the area directly in our path of travel. As we did not know the area, we pulled into the Madi Gras Casino & Hotel thinking... More

Very nice hotel. We spent 2 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Fast check in with a very friendly staff. Fairly large rooms, we were in room 427 with a king bed, which was very comfortable. The main thing we liked was there was no smell of any chemicals used to clean the room….an A+ for this!!! The only... More

We spent the night while on the road and again on the way home. We had stayed here before when traveling. All of our experiences have been the same. Our room was nice, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good, especially the complimentary breakfast with made to order eggs and omelets as well as lots of... More

Another tight casino. Went there for a fourth time and got cleaned out again. Each time lost about $600, and typical wager was $1.25, maybe seven wins of apprx $40....the rest losses. I have gor into a bonus rounds where I won nothing....bonus? Don't know what alternate universe these people live in and machine payout...won't go to that place again.... More

The hotel rooms are very comfy, but don't touch the mini fridge...if anything gets moved, you'll get charged! We first visited the year the hotel opened (2009, 2010??), were pleasantly impressed, and visit about once a year when we're on the road! Furnishings are comfortable, breakfast made to order, and is attached to the casino! The slots in the casino... More

My wife and I checked in on Friday and stayed till Sunday. Yeah a room is gonna cost you $300. with tax. But let me tell you it was worth it. We met up with a group from Northern Kentucky, about 16 total. Drinks are well priced and the food was as well. There are places to eat close by... More

We booked a room at your Hotel On Oct 30th 2016. When we arrived after driving from Charlotte NC we were told there was a busted water line and we couldn't check in till after 4pm. We said OK and went over to the Casino where we also found out there was no water there either. No bathrooms and barely... More

Have stayed here many times. It is the most comfortable hotel in the area. Front desk, staff, bartenders, cleaning staff and other employees are great. All have no problem attending to any request that will enhance your stay. I do not gamble much, but the casino is lively and fun. Dogs race on some evenings and there is a bar... More

We spent a couple days at this resort and rooms were super reasonable at $120. Never thought one could stay at a really nice hotel, with complimentary breakfast, casino and racetrack for this price!!! We had cooked to order omelets that were as good as they get along with other hot breakfast items which you would easily pay $12 to... More
