We recently stayed two nights at the Blennerhassett hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. The first night we stayed in a deluxe king and the second night we had to move to a standard double due to the king rooms being all booked for a special event. The king room was large and had the most comfortable... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Blennerhasset Suite at the end of September. The room was large with a gorgeous bathroom, nice sitting area, desk & easy access (fast & free!) WiFi. The king bed was a tall, amazing carved 4 poster. The room had an easily set temperature control which allowed a cooler setting despite the cooler weather... More

This is a charming hotel in center of Parkersburg, WV. The only hotel in the area that offers meeting space and catering. The hotel staff (front desk, coffee shop, events, catering) were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Hotel offers valet parking, restaurant, coffee shop and gift shop. Very charming and excellent service. If planning an event (meeting or wedding), ask... More

This is a fabulous find, and I will stay again in spite of the uncaring staff. Historic, beautifully decorated, very updated room including a fine bathroom facility with cozy robes. I was not greeted in a way that made me feel welcome, just another person. Questions about parking were not answered in a helpful way. The bar has a terrific... More

This is a nice place to stay with neat historic character. The room I stayed in was nice and had class. My room did not have a fridge so I inquired about a fridge and they brought me one! The bar area and patio are nice. It even has it's own coffee stand on the first floor that's open in... More

This is a surprisingly nice place to find in a relatively small town. The facility has a rich history, and maintains its reputation for providing class accommodations. The room was clean, well maintained, very nicely furnished and decorated. The theme was traditional, dark wood furniture, soft colors, plush bedding, nice window treatments. This combined with all the modern amenities -... More

We stayed here on a road trip, and it was a real treat. Our room was very well appointed (comfortable bed with quality bed linens, bathrobes provided), the bar had a nice cocktail and beer list, and the restaurant meal at Spats was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are exceptional! The staff were all friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed the music on the patio and a waitress named Helga. The food is very good also. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Stayed in a suite with my boyfriend. Room was large, bed was comfy, room was quiet. Had delicious dinner in the restaurant - impeccably cooked tenderloin. Best restaurant service I have had in a long time. Hotel is full of history and very well decorated. Loved it.

We needed an overnight place to stay on our way from Greenville, SC to Granville, Ohio. This hotel really hit the spot! In a town we'd never been before, the Blennerhassett was a gem! Beautiful rooms, delicious food and a wonderful, nostalgic feel earned this hotel an excellent rating in our book!
