We spent a glorious five days here in July during the Greenbrier Classic. It was my first visit. It felt like a fairytale setting (but also very sporty!). The service is amazing, and there are so many things to do. We loved the restaurants, the Segway ride, the pool, and pretty much everything! Hope to go back soon.

I am not quite sure why their food service is so slow but they are not prepared at all. No coffee in the room so I called down to room service for coffee and was informed over an hour wait for room service. Went down to the coffee shop and the line was out the door. At Sam Snead's right...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review concerning your experience. Of course, there is no excuse that we can offer for the lapses in service that you experienced, but we assure you that is not how The Greenbrier has built a 236 year reputation of providing world class service. As I drive through the historic and understated white gates, I am immediately lifted from the burden of my every day hassles. Politely, cheerfully and consistently, I am greeted by kind gentlemen who are impeccably dressed and genuinely happy to see my family and me. They make me feel as if they have waited all day for my family's arrival!...

The italian rest. Was the best! If you like a little meat with your lasagna, order it. It's the best!. The service is over the top. They almost try too hard to please. Worth every penny. The resort has out all, if you want something to keep you busy, try the greenbrier.

Thank you for your review and highlighting The Forum at The Greenbrier Guests of The Forum feel as thought they are stepping into a comfortable Italian neighborhood restaurant nestled in Rome. I grew up in WV and visited The Greenbrier on occasion with my family, so the property holds a special place in my heart. I returned recently - nearly 25 years after my last visit - and was awed all over again. There's no place like The Greenbrier, thanks to its bold interior design, white-glove service, and old-school charm. Christmastime...

Can't imagine a better, more beautiful spot anywhere. Combines the elegance and grandeur of the palaces of Europe with the magnificent traditions of the gilded age in this country. Something for everyone of all ages-golf, tennis, croquet, Segway tours, horseback riding, elegant carriages and more food than anyone could eat in all price ranges. This visit was to attend a business conference so while we used meeting facilities and various dining venues, we didn't really have time to use the Greenbrier's extensive recreational facilities. First, the extensive facelift of the property over the last 5-6 years really shows. Unlike many other vintage resorts, the Greenbrier is bright, clean and fresh with great attention to...
