The James Wylie House surpassed my expectations. I had read many great reviews before making my decision. Monica is a great hostess. Her dad, Carl, is so special you fall in love with him immediately. Monica has added special touches throughout, like hand made quilts in our

It was equally enjoyable spending time and sharing ideas and stories with you! Your wonderful "twiddle muffs" are now being investigated by my sisters creative friends in Maryland. Such an awesome idea! Thanks. Pop and I love making new friends, we so look forward to seeing you again! Keep in touch!

We stayed here at The James Wylie House in White Sulphur Springs while attending a Houston Texans practice on July 27, 2018. This B&B is in a home that was originally built in 1819 and was restored in 1989. The hosts are Monica and her dad Carl. We were extremely pleased with

Are the rooms equiped with hair dryers? Mini frig or microwave? Thank you!
We do have hairdryers in each bath. There is a small fridge for guest use in the hall. I'm sorry, there are no microwaves.

Are pets permitted? Small 5 lb dog?
I'm thinking of going to The Greenbrier with my wife to celebrate our 15 yr anniversary (she doesn't know this yet). Visiting The Greenbrier has always been on my bucket list, and what better way to celebrate. Our anniversary is in October, but I'm wondering when is the best time to visit to enjoy the outdoors -- pool, golf and other activities. We are very active so having good weather is important. Thanks much!
