We arrived earlier than we anticipated and Monica, as well as her father were gracious in receiving us. We stayed at the cabin behind the B&B and it was quite cozy. The cabin seems to be historic in nature with how it was built. On the main level there is a couch big enough for someone to sleep on, as...

I cannot say enough good things about this bed and breakfast. Let me start with my favorite - the breakfast. Bountiful and sumptuous. Fresh fruit and vegetables, huge portions of crisp bacon, plump fat sausages, fried eggs, corn cakes, french toast, blueberry cobbler, orange juice, and rich, bold coffee with real cream. Second favorite - The Innkeepers. Monica and her...

Very welcoming and friendly! Monica and her father, Carl made us feel at home and the breakfasts were delicious! We stayed in the cabin which was warm and cozy during a cold rainy weekend. The cabin is updated and close to shopping and restaurants.

Staying at the James Wylie B&B was amazing. Monica is a gracious host and Carl is so delightful. We stayed in the B&B the first night and the wonderful cabin the other 2 nights. Breakfast was yummy!!!! Just the feeling of being "home" was so worth the stay. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Monica and Carl...

My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend and it was a wonderful B&B. We were welcomed by Carl and felt right at home. The B&B was beautiful, clean and just so comfortable. Monica made an amazing breakfast in the morning and was just so sweet and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

My wife and I, and our extended family, have all stayed at the James Wylie House. We've rented the cabin and we've enjoyed the rooms for whole weeks at a time on numerous occasions and only once had an issue. However, I don't think we can blame Monica for God’s decision to throw severe storms and tree-splitting microbursts on our...

This was our first experience with a B&B, and it couldn't have been better! Monica and her dad are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. The house is beautiful, and chock full of antiques, quilts, and interesting photos and items. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, the beds comfy, and...

What an absolutely wonderful time we had. There were four couples in our group. Three couples stayed in rooms in the main house while my wife and I stayed in the cabin. The cabin was perfect for us all to get together and uncork a couple bottles of good wine and have stories to exchange about our trip to wild...
