Perfect week, lots of activities on property. Great staff, wonderful condo units. The condos are surrounded by a nature preserve with hiking paths, butterfly field, and a gazebo. There is a well maintained recreation center on property with a pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room.

Our group spent Easter week at our favorite hideaway, the Rushes! Found out unit 702 got a brand new remodel! There are granite countertops in the kitchen and downstairs bath, a brand new dining room set, and gorgeous living room furniture. The green and brown color decor blends in perfectly with the woods and prairies surrounding the property. Friday morning...

We stayed during late April with our family. The weather was in the 60s and sunny. We have stayed at the Rushes many times over the years and returned as we always enjoyed our time there. The large unit was clean and somewhat dated but we found the furniture comfortable. We used the fireplace in the evenings. The full kitchen...

Spent a week in a two bedroom condominium and felt like we had enough space. Unit was well stocked but seemed as if it is "getting tired". Curtains, furniture, bed linens all seem very dated. Enjoyed the activities and crafts although the activity lady is sometimes too loud, sarcastic and condescending, especially confusing to children

My wife an I stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The unit was big, clean, with a full kitchen and fireplace. On Friday we went out to the Coyote Roadhouse which was close by. The next day we skied on their trails with some good skis and boots provided by The Rushes and the skis were free...

We have been combing to The Rushes off and on for 15 years with my parents. This year was the first one without Mom. We had a remodeled unit that was so awesome! We have loved The Rushes in the past, put between the newly remodeled unit(they are still remodeling units) and just the awesome staff and everyone staying there...

Wonderful time at the beautiful Rushes in Door County. Friendly and helpful folks running the resort. From learning new crafts with Brenda and Ray to watching movies on a foggy day about Door County history, we had a super vacation with our friends. Snowy candlelight hike at Peninsula was truly lovely and lots of fun. Can't wait for next year!

Came here for years and only took out a kayak last summer. since I am a kayaker weird I did not take full advantage of all it has to offer. Played bingo with Brenda and that was fantastic. Invited friends for a few days and they loved it too. It is the real door county without any airs.

The townhouse is great! We loved using the wood burning stone fireplace. We used the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views our our windows. The indoor pool and whirlpool were a wonderful place to escape the winter cold. The staff is great. Door County is fun any time of year, and always beautiful. Can't wait to go back!
